This seafront 3 bedroom apartment is directly located on St Julian’s seafront. This apartment enjoys spectacular views of Spinola and Balluta Bay from its seafront balcony.
2.2 sq m seafront balcony. Internal area is about 80 sq m. On the 1st floor. 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, bathroom with shower and WC, sofa beds present in living room. Sleeps 2-8 persons.
10 low steps at entrance leading up to the elevator.
Fast and unlimited WiFi internet, Satellite TV (some English and Italian channels. TV package upgradable).
Well equipped kitchen including electric oven, microwave, toaster, percolator, 4 electric hobs, fridge freezer, etc.
Hair dryer, iron and ironing board and Washing machine.
Cots, highchairs, DVD player are available on request.
Fans are provided in each room. A big gas heater is also provided in winter.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.

The apartment enjoys a lovely romantic view of the bay. Apartment was very very clean, fully equipped including free internet and satellite television. It is just as shown on the photos in the advert and those supplied by the owner when corresponding. The location is ideal as it is on the best road for bus transport in Malta. All restaurants, bars, supermarket, etc etc are within few meters from the apartment. we really enjoying walking along the promenade all the way up to Sliema.
We got a good impression of the owner from the first correspondence and kept being surprised by the prompt and professional service shown right till the end of our stay. It was our first time in Malta and really appreciated the tips and information given to us by the owner on arrival. We will surely be back!

The sea front block has great views, it and the Seaspray apartments are well located.

We came for a short stay but wanted to try something different by renting a self catering apartment rather than a hotel package. It was a great choice - we took full advantage of the kitchen, cooking everyday and enjoying family time together. The apartment was very clean and spacious for myself and my family. The promenade outside the apartment was perfect for evening strolls and taking an ice cream from the nearby gelateria. I would have preferred to stay longer so hopefully we will return again when the weather is a bit warmer. Thanks again for a great trip!
Wow what a beautiful 3 bed apartment on the 4th floor,overlooking Spinola Bay could not have asked for anything better.Well situated for bars,restaurants,supermarkets and bus routes around the whole of Malta and Gozo.Ruth and Neville were the perfect hosts.paceville nightlife 10 minutes walk,but we loved the Dubliner Irish Bar 2 minutes walk good food and good beer.would recommend this apartment most highly to anyone.
The apartment is set on St Julian's seafront, just 3 minutes walking from Paceville, Malta`s undisputed best place for nigh life. The promenade is several km long and is in fact Malta`s longest promenade and stretches to Sliema and Gzira. So in the evening many choose it for walking and in the morning for jogging. Sliema is a very popular high class shopping centre, with many alfresco bars and restaurants. In Sliema there is a very important ferry spot where numerous boats of all kinds take tourists on various day or night cruises. St Julian's was once a fishing village but now it is a highly developed cosmopolitan village that has managed to keep its charm and character. For swimming there is a long rocky cost and a nice Sandy beach (St George's Bay)all at walking distance. The supermarket, McDonald's, Pizza hut, many restaurants and Ice cream shops, are all within few meters. The bus stop is in the same street and so visiting all the other tourist attractions are just a bus away

Golf: The The Royal Malta Golf Club, is situated in Marsa. The area is not touristy and there are no accommodation facilities within walking distance. Thus most golfers choose our seafront apartments in the heart of the best tourist areas.

Security deposit against damages and water and electricity bills is Euro 150. For big young groups a refundable deposit of Euro 50 per person
