About this property

This simple, clean, 2 bedroom home has everything you need to enjoy a vacation by the beach. It is a lovely quiet neighborhood, just a 10min walk directly down our street to the beach. If you really want to feel like you live in San Diego's best neighborhood, this is the place. It is a real home (not a condo or apartment),with a private fenced back yard. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is a $50 pet fee per stay. Reserved covered parking spot in the driveway. Fresh oranges off the tree in the back yard. And our signature welcome margarita fixings, chips and salsa are waiting for you on arrival.

It was the perfect house for the perfect occasion. I specially like the fact that they have bikes and beach accessories. It’s a very nice little him near the beach and you don’t have to struggle to find parking. Hoping to stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Stay in Pacific Beach, San Diego, Ca

The front yard was a bit of a jungle. There were trees, bushes, flowers and weeds completely covering the yard and blocking any view from the windows. This would be fine if you want complete privacy. The house was fine except the furnace, which ran a lot because of the cold winter this year. When it would start up and start to warm up, it would bang loudly as the metal expanded. It took a couple of weeks for my dog and I to get used to that noise. The shower didn’t work properly. Everything else was fine. It had everything I needed to stay for the 14 weeks I was there. It was a cold, rainy, cloudy winter due to El Niño. But that wasn’t the fault of the property.

Beach house

Very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. The host and hostess were there to give us any help we needed. Early morning you can hear the ocean. It is easy to get around SD from the location. We had no complaints, and will try to return next year. Thanks again Alisa and Darren.

Cozy place

Great mature little place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. There is no AC so the oscillating and ceiling fans helped out. Alisa was very welcoming, kind, and communicated very well.
