Charming quiet town blocks from the beach, harbor, shops & amazing restaurants. 10 minute drive to the heart of Helsingborg. This appartment is modern, clean , bright and comfortable! The large living area and kitchen were great for hanging out before and after our days of sightseeing. The bedrooms are cozy and peaceful. Lots of outside sitting space too! The owners are super friendly and helpful. I hope to come back again soon.

Look No Further! You've found the spot!

My wife and I arrived at this lovely spot after a prior few days of chaotic traveling. This charming countryside spot is exactly why a site like HomeAway or VRBO exists. You are in a separate apartment detached from the main house with your own kitchenette, large bathroom, and comfortable bedroom. The couch in the living area could quite easily sleep some younger kids if necessary. Everything was sparkling clean and showed signs of love, care, and attention to detail. As for the location, you simply cannot go wrong with staying here if you wish to be in southwest Sweden. This location is a traditional four-buildings-around-the-courtyard style farm smack dab in the middle of fields full of the most gigantic rabbits! Since we visited in early spring the back yard was full of crocus plants and the trees and shrubs were just starting to bloom. There are super friendly cats, a loving dog, and your gracious and charming hostess, Susanne, who knows everything there is to know about the area! With her guidance we were able to tailor our visit to those things that most interested us; in this case, a trip up to the nature preserve on the coast and a side trip to the ceramics center and outlet mall for shopping.Yes, we ended up buying cast iron pans to take home, some ceramics, and some glass. It was totally worth it. The East coast of Denmark, including the city of Copenhagen is a very easy car drive away for a day trip. Or, if you prefer, the train is about a 15-20 min walk away from the house. We also managed to make it to the maritime museum and castle Elsinore way up the east coast of Denmark on the same day trip. There are several grocery stores around (although it helps to have a car and be mobile) and we tried the "Bermuda" pizza (option 12) at the "PrimoPizza" to great satisfaction (yes, they put bananas on the pizza!). Make no mistake, the kitchen is capable of easily cooking good solid food for a pair of hungry travelers. Be adventurous with your cooking! Walk out the door into the farmland and feel the warm breeze on your face as you walk up the hill to the ocean view. This is a countryside straight out of a painting and one feels good walking in it. There are horses in some of the surrounding pastures, and though we didn't know their names, we gave them funny names and made friends. There are the aforementioned giant-sized rabbits that we saw at evening, and there are beautiful songbirds all around. I recommend totally!
