Peaceful countryside, warm hosts!

5 of 5
We enjoyed our stay in Ainzon thanks to our wonderful host Severino and his beautiful country home. Our family of five had plenty of room in the comfortable house and we loved walking around the property. The owners even shared fresh peaches, tomatoes and cucumbers from their garden with us. Thank you for making our first visit to Spain so special!

An exceptional find!

4 of 5
Zaragoza was our first place to visit after arriving in Madrid. Staying in a neighbourhood with families, parks, and a pleasant walk to the old town center was a perfect introduction to España. Highlights were an English walking tour from the Tourist Information Center in Playa del Pilar and the nearby traditional Mercado. Having a real home we were able to enjoy our own cooking in a comfortable setting. The apartment has everything necessary including quality Internet. Equally enjoyable was stepping into bars and cafes throughout the day where locals were enjoying themselves. Pedro was gracious, patient and quick to respond in helping us out of two problems of our own making. This really eased us into this very different world. Zaragoza locals were friendly and kind to us unilingual Canadians. Amazing how far you can go with 'hola, cerveza por favor, gracias, dos pintxos, cafe con leche, vino tinto, adios'.
