The condo was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed to cook with, etc. It was great to travel with our dog Freckles, and she got to see the beach for the first time--she did not like the water! LOL! The condo is located at the very beginning of Myrtle Beach on the South end. It is near Crabby Mike's, Murell's Inlet and the Market Common. There was alot of parking available. There were a few things not working in the condo, but I do not believe this was the fault of the owners (wi-fi and dishwasher), we arrived only 1 week after Hurricane Matthew hit, so we were grateful the condo was still available to us! There were many places that were still closed and we saw alot of trees uprooted, etc. The hurricane even took out the nearest pier! The pier on 2nd street was still intact, so my husband was able to get some fishing in. The balcony is small, so it's good for 2 people and a dog;
The morning sunrise is absolutely beautiful. There is just a short walk to the beach, and I was surprised to see there is a small campground that sits in front of the condo, so that is part of the scenery, but didn't bother us. The only drawback about this condo--there is no elevator; you have to walk up/down 3 flights of stairs (49 steps) with your luggage, groceries, etc. This was made difficult for me because I recently had knee replacement surgery and I'm still learning how to navigate steps again; I would not recommend this condo to anyone who is suffering from arthritis, obesity, or any type of disability. I realize this was my fault for not researching the listing more thoroughly. Joseph was very easy to work with via email and text, and my security deposit was refunded promptly after I mailed back the keys and parking tags.
