              Great Summer Stay

              5 of 5
What a great property and location!! The penthouse was even nicer in person. Very clean, spacious floor plan, and well-appointed. Furniture very comfortable - couches, beds, patio chairs. Hot tub worked great and was enjoyed each night, overlooking Northside Park. We even saw fireworks one night from the hot tub. Rental included plenty of silverware, dishes, glasses, and cookware. Linens also included for the beds, as listed. Location was a block and a half from the Coastal Highway and three blocks total from the beach. Not a bad walk at all, although if taking a beach cart or wagon, you'll want to walk an additional block to a traffic light to cross the road. We found a lot of room to set up on the beach, since it isn't right next to the cluster of large hotels. And even though the condo is close to the Coastal Highway, it is very quiet inside and even on the patio. You think you were miles away from it. But being close, there are plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance (ice cream, mini-golf, restaurants, bars, CVS, Wawa, etc). The boardwalk was a 2-3 mile drive and took 10-15 minutes with summer traffic, which wasn't really that bad. The building has a large pool, which is a good size for the number of condos. There is only 1 elevator though, which can get busy during check-in and check-out. There seemed to be quite a few permanent tenants, which cut down on elevator traffic, and they were were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to those looking for a nice place away from the crowds and busy boardwalk.
