We visited for 3 nights in late July. I was a little nervous pulling up, as the exterior looks a little ... tired. Official parking is limited to compact cars only up front, and those spots were being eaten alive by very much non-compact cars (I'm talking full sized cargo vans), but alas these details are not the concern of the condo owner, and we quickly found street parking nearby. Once inside we were pleased to find the property was set up exactly as photographed and in fact the overall feel of the condo was more spacious and homey than the photos convey. I especially loved the abundance of strategically placed hooks throughout the home for towels and damp suits. I also appreciated the collection of disposable dinnerware, ziplocs and foil left behind by other guests for communal use (in addition to standard ceramics and glassware of course)... less dish washing = more vacationing. The only real con we experienced was the WiFi password provided did not work which for a 3 night stay I guess I can deal with, but I would have preferred to have access to the services promised. I reported the problem to the rental management company, however no one ever followed up, and the issue was never resolved. Other than that I would certainly recommend the unit to a small family like my own... steer clear of the sofa bed ( however the very young might not mind) I'm grown, tall and 9 months pregnant so it wasn't a comfy choice for me.. 1 adult and one young child per full bed works comfortably! The pool (directly across the street) is more of a glorified kiddie pool... tiny but served the purpose of allowing our toddler to play in the water sans the crashing waves of the 'scary' ocean. The proximity to the beach/Boardwalk can't be beat! we never had to move the car! Bravo #57... get that Internet up and you're 5 star!
