Beautiful home to accommodate multiple families!

                  5 of 5
We stayed at this home the week of August 12, 2016. We had a large group. There were 5 families; 10 adults, 9 kids to be exact. The children ranged in ages from infant to 6 years old. First off, Lisa was AMAZING and so friendly throughout the whole process of booking/arriving/departing. She really cares about her guests and wants to ensure that everyone has the best experience while staying in her home. we had a nice welcome basket when we arrived and even had a fresh blueberry pie and fresh bread delivered to us! The owners were right when they said "fully equipped." It was so great to have pack and plays, crib and cots for additional bedding. The house came completely stocked with everything you would need to cook and serve your food. It even had a crock pot! There were multiple sitting areas/decks which made it comfortable for our large group to spread out. The house also came stocked with train table, toys and tons of outdoor equipment. The house even came with beach toys and floats for the lake! The water at the lake was calm/ and shallow which was great for our young children. My oldest sons favorite part of staying at this lake house was the canoes. The house came equipped with 2 canoes and 3 kayaks, and even fishing equipment. We went to The Hub (local store/cafe/bar/bakery) to grab some bait as well. My son had a great time catching his first fish! It was such a great experience. We took a day trip to go to Santas village, which was about an hour away from house. The moms also spent a day at the Spa at the Jordan Inn at Sunday River. And the guys spent a day Golfing at Sunday river. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a family friendly house close to Sunday river. I would definately stay here again! Thanks Lisa for all your help :)

                  perfect getaway

                  5 of 5
I hate to give a great review, only because I want to keep this secret to myself. We had a fantastic 4 night stay at the cottage. Aside from grocery shopping, we did not need to leave for anything. Could not ask for anything more. We're already planning our return trip next year.

                  Great Family Vacation Spot

                  5 of 5
I will echo what many of the other reviewers have already shared, this home truly has everything for a relaxing and fun vacation in an absolutely beautiful location. Our family of five spent a week here with our two dogs. The swimming was great, two of my three boys spent hours going between the rope swing and the swim platform. The deck is enormous and has a wonderful shaded picnic table where we ate and did art projects. I had time to relax, read and write. The boys enjoyed ping pong tournaments and we had a fire three of the nights we were there. We saw a moose cross the road up at Grafton Notch State Park, our first day there the Eagle swooped by the deck. The upstairs loft area was a hit with all three boys and on the one rainy day we had we went over to the Mollyockett Motel to swim, thanks to all of the great brochures that Bruce provides on things to do in the area. The Local hub a mile down the road rents Kayaks by the hour and you can kayak back to the house - just remember to take a right under the rail road tracks or you end up in another lake. :) Any questions we had, Bruce was very responsive. I could go on an on, but if you are thinking of renting you will not be disappointed!
