                Lovely Comfy House

                5 of 5
This was a house that you can really feel at home in in an unassuming way. I know that 'lived-in' can mean different things to different people, but we didn't want a place we'd have to worry too much about. The beds were comfortable, the neighbors pleasant, the view OUTSTANDING as well as the kitchen!! Yes, the house was a bit dated, and a 15 min ride from town, but boy! it was all worth it waking up and having a cup of coffee on that porch!!! You were minutes from terrific hiking trails, a fort, a ferry and restaurants. We would have loved to try the local bakery and coffee shop but we were slugs and just enjoyed a cup on that porch while playing cards and puzzles with the family. PERFECT!

                Wonderful Home!

We stayed in this beautiful cottage for one month this summer! The owners were responsive and helpful throughout the whole rental process. The home is beautiful and very accommodating. We were not lacking for anything during our stay. It is also a great location for exploring the Pemaquid Peninsula. Highly recommend!

                In love with the Ledges.

Sitting on porch with ocean breeze and million dollar view of the ledges made it difficult to leave this charming house to do more sightseeing. We had lobster from the co-op with fresh corn from Riley's and home made lobster rolls. Strolled around to sandy beach and cooled off with a dip in the bay. If you are looking for your dream of a place to relax in Maine you have found it in this property.
