Perfect for my friends and I

              4 of 5
This place was spacious, clean, and very welcoming. It is fairly close to everything. We had a rental car so it helped getting to the French quarters area easily. It was walking distance to the ferry and a small distance away from the market for groceries etc. I enjoyed staying in this location just wish we would have had the wifi connection while there (only reason received 4 stars). Overall it was a great spot and I enjoyed New Orleans!

              Excellent stay!

We were greeted promptly upon our arrival and given a tour of our apartment and also other apartments in the building that they were still working on. We were the first one's in the apartment and they had just got done with a lot of finishing touches so there were a few problems that we ran into. There wasn't any hot water. I called and it was immediately fixed within 15 minutes. The internet and cable didn't work during our stay, but we were never there long enough to use either of them anyway. The dishwasher also was not hooked up which we just washed dishes by hand--no biggie there. The fridge leaked water quite a bit when using the water line, but we just placed a towel down and informed them. It didn't get fixed during our stay but I'm sure it was just a connection issue with the water line that needed to be fixed. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and as pictured!! It came stocked with everything we would need like towels, utensils, dishware, extra pillows/blankets, iron, etc. It was very clean and they even threw in a bottle of champagne which was a nice touch. This loft easily fit 12 of us comfortably! It's located in historic Algiers Point. Very quiet and away from all the crazy in downtown and the French Quarter. The ferry is about a 10 minute walk and is $2/person--cash only, exact change. It has limited hours so we usually used it during the day and got an Uber or taxi late at night. Besides not having cable/ internet/dishwasher, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The Wright's were very accomodating and did call to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They were also very quick to respond to our calls and questions. I'd recommend staying at their properties and would choose to stay again.

Pacific Palace - A GREAT Place

              5 of 5
Located on Algiers Point, this place is easy for going back & forth to the Quarter, especially via the ferry, which is in walking & biking distance. It's quiet & slow moving on Algiers, sometimes a welcome relief from the hustle & bustle of the Quarter. The bedrooms & baths were quite ample. The interior design & decoration is impressive. The caretaker lives nearby & was very nice & accommodating. We utilized the front porch & the shady, beautiful backyard. We LOVED it!
