                  Our Italy Dream Come True

                  5 of 5
There are just no words to describe how wonderful this apartment is. There are 3 things that make the Palm House exceptional : #1 it is spacious, light and airy, yet warm and cozy, bright, beautifully decorated, superbly appointed with an ultra-modern kitchen/appliances, ultra-comfortable huge bed with superior linens in a huge bedroom with closets, hangers, and drawers galore, and a bathroom with every feature you could possibly need. #2 The Palm House is in a neighborhood that is gorgeous, safe, loaded with good-to-exceptional restaurants, and borders on a beautiful park. You will find yourself taking as many pictures of your neighborhood buildings as you do of the tourist sites. And you will feel smug, proud, and relieved to return to your home every day after seeing all there is to see (including neighborhoods you could have mistakenly stayed in). #3 Hal (I saved the best for last). The attention, care, detail, and effort he gives to ensure everything is perfect and that your stay is THE BEST you will ever have anywhere, is just shocking to be honest. He doesn't just tell you how the appliances work and hand you the keys, he starts by welcoming you with food and drink so that you don't have to run to a grocer, he gives you an orientation walk to familiarize you with ALL means, points, and routes of nearby transportation and orientation to the apartment so that you'll never get lost after post-dinner strolls and a few glasses of wine, he checks with you as often as you like and assists with any sights you want to see, tickets you might need printed, restaurant recommendations, tipping and reservations .. honestly, the list is endless. He is a Godsend. This apartment is a no-brainer, far superior to ANY other you might consider.

                  Breath-taking

                  5 of 5
I rented this lovely apartment for four months during the autumn season in Rome, and I could not have had a better stay. Yes, the view is breath-taking! The charming apartment located at the top of the building gives you the feeling of living in a small house on top of Rome. You can see everything from “your little house" so close to the historical and busy city, at the same time far away and private. You see the sun rise from behind the mountains in the east, and the sunset over the lovely Vatican City. The 200 sq.m. terrace is filled with fragrant flowers and plants, and I spent most of my time outside enjoying the view and the sounds of Rome. The location of the apartment is close to the city, in a quite and safe area. It is walking distance to supermarket, and it is approximately 15 minutes walk to Piazza Popolo in the historical city centre. The building has a porter, and the landlord was always available and speaks English perfectly. I highly recommend you to rent this apartment for your stay in Rome, even if it is just for the weekend.
