                    Elegant with the perfect location

                    5 of 5
Niccolo's apartment is 50 m from the Piazza Duomo, up one flight and then an elevator 3 levels to the door. This means you are steps to the Duomo, 15 minutes walk to Piazza della Signoria and the Uffizi, 15 minutes the other way to the Academia; a bit more to the central train station. It is clean, elegant, spacious for 4, and very comfortable. The kitchen is large and functional; there is a loft laundry room. You are at the heart of things but the thick walls of the classic building keep it quiet. This would work very well for a romantic couple or two couples, a small family of 4-5, or a businessman who wanted lots of room. Wifi works and there is a flat screen television. There are several good restaurants immediately below and along Via del Oriuolo. If you yearn for home The Grill has excellent hamburgers and fries; good Italian stuff too. Trattoria l' Oriuolo has very good food at reasonable prices; Trip Advisor and others gives it a well deserved high rating . The Florentine version of a supermarket, CONAD, is another 150 m from Trattoria l' Oriuolo down the street and you can buy most anything you want for eating in. It's the nicest European VRBO I've ever seen, by far.

Great apartment centrally located in Florence

                    5 of 5
Renting this apartment was a pleasure from beginning to end. Gianluca, the owner, is freindly and easy to work with as is his local manger. The apartment is well appointed and perfect for a family with a small child. Usually we have to walk around and make sure that anything breakable is out out of reach of our two year old. This apartment had everything you need without a lot of breakables getting in the way. The location is perfect to walk everywhere in Florence. It seemed everywhere was within a 10-20 minute walk. I would highly recommend this rental for your stay in Florence.
