Our Host, Gary was prompt in his responses and follow through. Though I did not get to meet Gary in person during the stay, the 24 hour on Site team at Reception followed through with the high level of service. Jong & Daphne, in particular were a trove of information on local favorites and hotspots. Despite full occupancy during the 3 night stay, housekeeping was faultless. Room service responded in a timely manner as well. The 3 room Suite we stayed at is no where near as spacious as the photo suggest though. The Photographer did a good job, capturing an image of the living room; as it is and at the same time creating a sense of space. However, Suite layout and space utilization is efficiently planned out. Felt the Suite is a bit pricey. This however, may be due to the Ruby 7 happening during that time..

Wonderful stay in huge & cozy apartment, better than stay in hotel Once I reached HK airport, I called the agent phone no.and she has stoodby for our arrival. We took the airport bus E21 which cost only HK$14 per adult to Prince Eward Mongkok Police station (took abt an hour journey), then 3-5 min walked will reach the apartment. The apartment is at 6th flr with lift but the lift is very small only 5 persons can go in. The apartment is huge, elegant, comfortable & cozy. We booked for 3R2B but the unit has 4R3B so it was better stayed for 10 of us. Once you went into the apartment, you will feel like back to home. The living hall is huge, we fell comfortable to sit & chat there. The kitchen is small but it enough for our to boil water and cook instant noodle (with rice cooker). There are 3 big rooms, 1 with king size, 1 with queen size, 1 with 2 queen size. There last room is small just with a double deck. There are 2 bathrooms that 1 attached with master room and the other 1 was for common. Bathrooms are completed with toiletist. Around the apartment are very convenient. 3 min walk to Prince Eward MRT, many food stalls, shops and mini-mart are nearby. Metropark Hotel Mongkok just opposite the apartment. All 10 of us are very happy to stay here and I will recommend it to my friend too. Me, may back again.
