Outstanding Location, Excellent Value

Usually avoid "charming," but this larger off the radar larger basement studio reflected owners artistic personality, was spacious, clean, and functional for a couple. Ease of private entrance walk down access from a nice neighborhood street, had small verdant, pleasant, closed in backyard patio sitting area, a corner market just feet away for essentials. It's the perfect location for access to Chestnut St. shops, restaurants, groceries, retail, and a main bus stop. The Presidio, Marina district are right around the corner, or if you care to hike up Lombard steps up to Pac- Heights to high rent areas. Has very limited sunlight, could use some additional ceiling insulation with owners walking above, only if you plan to spend days there or are very light early sleeper. We're very frequent 4 star SF visitors, have rented more elegant, updated (smaller) Pac-Heights garage/basement units -for much more. But, this low key venue is perfect high value spot with personality and homelike feel for navigating the city. Owners were kind, responsive and helpful. We'll stay again! Thanks Alev & Robert!
