Welcome to our newly renovated stunning oceanfront condominium located at 2301 Collins Avenue right on the Beach in South Beach. Our building includes the new "1 Hotel South Beach" a joint venture with Starwood, the same hotelier as W Hotels. We have just completed a $200 million dollar renovation to the building with all new balconies, 4 stunning new oceanfront pools with comfy big new pool lounges, Poolside restaurant and staff to serve you without ever leaving your plush lounge chair, cool rooftop lounge with stunning 360 degree views of the City and DJ's 3 nights a week, 2 more brand new restaurants run by star-chef Tom Colicchio of "Top Chef" and "Craft" fame, a Beach Club to spend your days luxuriating in the sun on the Atlantic Ocean or jet-skiing and parasailing right in front of your balcony. This is a true vacation getaway spot in the heart of all South Beach has to offer.
The apartment itself is a stunner and our guests never fail to gasp when they open the door for the first time. Situated quietly on the far southeast corner of the the 11th floor, you will never tire of its breathtaking views overlooking pool and Atlantic Ocean. The apartment is newly redone, with a fully appointed kitchen, marble bathroom and a beautifully furnished balcony for sunning, lounging and dining. Contemporary comfortable furnishings and large flat-screen tv's complement every room. Everything you need. Just pack a bathing suit, flip flops, some shorts and your toothbrush.
Located next door to the W Hotel South Beach, we are within easy walking distance of Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Washington Avenue, Bass Museum, Miami Beach Convention Center, South Beach nightlife, but at the same time, just a bit removed.
Wow! The place is absolutely perfect. The apartment is very well appointed and furnished. Flat screens in every room, comfortable stylish furniture, nice kitchen and bathroom. The balcony is so comfortable with a lounging area and a table and chairs for coffee in the morning at sunrise and dinners at night. I never got tired of watching the ocean from this lovely place. This is our 2nd time staying here. Last year when we came it was just as comfortable inside but the pools and common areas were usable but under construction. Now all three pools are finished, with super comfortable new furniture, umbrellas and pool attendants for your every need, food and drinks served at poolside. They even set up your chairs towels and umbrellas for you. My husband and I loved it and will be back as soon as we can.
Location was amazing! Next to the W Hotel, it is walking distance to several restaurants, clubs, lounges, South Beach and any other places to have a scandalous time.
During the week of our stay there was construction going on, so the balcony was gorgeous but not useful for morning breakfast. The hurricane glass prevents the sound from entering the condo. Construction should end very soon and with that the place will be 100% perfect.
The concierge pulled our car when we needed, and valeted it when we didn't. Very convenient. No noises from neighbors or other sources.
We had a fantastic time! And Mark was extremely accommodating, making our stay feel very special. he was always nearby if we needed, and was quick to respond to our texts. Many thanks to him and Jeff for making the trip a memorable one.
My friends and I had a great time in Miami. There was construction during the time of our stay, but the sliding glass door kept the noise out very well. The view was amazing! The place was modern clean. The couch was a little worn, but other than that, it was comfortable for our stay. Mark was very attentive and easy to work with. He responded immediately to all of our questions. I would recommend this place.
Our stay at the Roney Palace was absolutely perfect. The communication with the owner was very easy and the unit and access cards were ready for our group when we arrived. The condo was very clean and comfortable and we all felt right at home. The balcony was available for our use, and when we were in the condo, usually one or more of the four of us were outside enjoying the beautiful ocean views.
The condo is much larger than it looks in the photos and the location is unbeatable. We walked almost every where we went, including to the shops and restaurants on Lincoln Road, and we used the pool every day. The Walgreens is across the street so if we needed anything, the drug store was extremely convenient.
The only impact the renovation had on our stay is that we had to leave the condo building and walk around the W Hotel to access the beach (that wasn't such a bad thing because we ended up seeing a couple of celebrities on my way to and from the beach).
If you plan on staying in this condo, please note that you can catch the Miami Beach city bus (#150) a half a block away that will take you directly to the airport for $2.65!
I highly recommend this condo and plan to return as soon as I can.
I am hesitant to write a great review because I don't want everyone to run and book it and then when I want to come back it is all booked! Perfect location, beach and pool directly behind, beach towels provided, rental bikes right next to the apartment, close enough to the strip to walk but far enough away for a great nights sleep, right next to the W hotel. There is construction on the outside of the property but that did not bother us at all.The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. Walgreens is directly across the street if you need anything. There is also a car rental directly across the street. We were early and the house keeper- who is so sweet - allowed us to leave our bags by the door while she cleaned. The owner answered his phone right away when we had a question. Highly recommend
The property is like appears in the photos. It´s very well located and it´s in a walking distance of main attractions. The property is clean and with all of you need to spend a great time in South Beach ( towells, beach chairs, and the kitchen had amenities that allowed us to cook in a couple of times ).
Luckily, the ongoing construction works, at the moment of our stay, were far of the appartment and the noise was minimum.
The only thing that we couldn´t enjoy was the balcony that overlooking the ocean because was covered up and the sliding doors were unavailable.
The beach in front of the condo is clean and beatiful.
We highly recommend this appartment and the owner is very enjoyable.
