In the heart of the historic district this property was just remodeled, featured in Houzz as one of the top designers. 5 foot fireplace to cozy up while enjoying the Miles and Shaffer oil painting of the Rockies along with the 6 windows of the 4 peaks right outside. The new kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal and a glass of wine. Each downstairs bedroom has a fabulous deck of it's own with mountain views to wake up to. Elegant beds that call you for a great night sleep. The Chamcha wood dining table fits the whole family. Relax in a luxurious scalloped bathtub or shower in the rain forest tiles. Upstairs is the perfect place for family around the TV loft. 2 bedrooms upstairs with 2 double beds in each room. Upstairs bath and a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Indoor hot tub and indoor pool for swimming or soaking along with a sauna room.

Park your car inside the heated garage and put your skis in ski lockers ready for pick up on your way to the slopes. Walk 2 blocks to the gondola or the shuttle will pick you up right across the street. Remember the gondolas are free in winter or summer.

Walk 2 blocks to town to shop or dine. Right up the street are great hiking or snowshoeing trails.

2 Kayaks are stored at the marina with life jackets for your use with a signed waiver. The marina is miles away at lake Dillon. Take a picnic lunch to have on the grounds of the marina or Kayak out to a secluded island for lunch.

Bike trails abound or hike to see wild life all around. Don't miss the new babies in the spring time. We often see fox and moose right outside the condo.

We couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy Breckenridge. They have thought of everything that you could possibly need, to enhance your time here. If needed, tje owners are quick to respond, and very amenable. We can't wait to come back!!!

Wonderful Property - Caring Owner

We invited our two grown children's families (including 3 grand-children) to this property in mid-January. It was clean, well-maintained, and with 4 bedrooms, perfect for our group. Two little boys slept in the loft bedroom by the stairs and loved making forts between the beds and the wall. Within 2 blocks of skiing, shopping, and 3 blocks or so from a wonderful sledding hill at Carter Park. It was great waking up, turning on the fireplace, and looking at the ski slopes out the windows with a cup of coffee in hand. Most telling: kids were mildly disappointed that the swimming pool was unavailable due to maintenance. Though we said nothing to Lisa (the owner), she nevertheless called and told us she left free passes for us at the local recreation center. The kids had a blast on the big water slide there. She went way above and beyond our expectations to make our stay wonderful and memorable. We would definitely return to this property again!!

Truly beautiful place

Great views of the mountains, wonderfully comfortable beds and very high end kitchen and bathrooms. The owners are very helpful and responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. We recommend this condominium 100%.

Home away from home.

We stayed at Lisa's property for a month from Australia - 2 Adults and 4 teenagers. It was perfect for us as everyone could have space if they needed. Lisa was available anytime that we needed anything or had any questions. The Condo was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the kitchen and bathrooms had all the essentials. It was also in the perfect position close to town by 2 blocks but far enough away to be quiet. We did not have a car and walked everywhere and if we did not feel like walking in our ski boots we would catch the shuttle just across the street. It was our home away from home and was very hard to leave.

About Lisa Reinicke

Rich and Lisa Reinicke live in Denver Colo but call Breckenridge their home. Rich grew up in Michigan and Lisa in Shawnee Oklahoma but she moved to Denver in the 60's. She and Rich met when Rich was traveling to California in the late 70's and he ran out of money in Denver! He was a car salesman and she bought a car from him and the rest is history 39 years later, 4 kids, and 5 grand children resulted.

They together own Automotive Warranty Network, Our House Publications, and Our House Properties.

Besides operating in the daily business, Lisa is also a children's author of 3 picture books, Arnold, the Cute Little Pig with Personality, David's Christmas Wish, and Wings and Feet.

Why Lisa Reinicke chose Historic District

My cousin owned a Longbranch property in the 80's and we always visited it. Our children loved it. Our youngest got his first stitches by jumping in the pool when we told him not to run and he ran! We loved the community, the people, and the property and we still do!

What makes this condo unique

The views are what make this property unique. Out the living room at 3 floors up there are views of the 4 peaks from one side. Views of the other range on the other side. And if that isn't enough sit on either balcony from the bedroom and enjoy the view that way. Next is the finishing touches of the condo itself. Every place you look there is a towel hook that is unique or even the toilet paper holders are one of a kind that are contemporary mountain luxury. Every detail has been added that is unique to mountain contemporary living.

Winter and summer activities abound. There is no lack of things to see and do. Breckenridge has 4 mountains to ski in town. If that isn't enough you are just a few miles to Copper or Keystone. If skiing or snowboarding isn't your thing then rent a pair of snowshoes at Carvers down the street. They will guide you with directions to some great trails through the mountain trees and some great scenery and wildlife viewing. Take a sleigh ride with dinner, it isn't as cold as you think. Return to our beautiful condo for a meal hot and ready for you that you prepared in the Crockpot that morning. In the spring time it is warm enough to sit on the 2 balconies and watch the sunset over the mountain with a glass of wine. If you are not too tired walk downtown and beer sample at all the great breweries.

Sit in our indoor hot tub while the kids swim in the indoor pool.

Go out for a great stage play at the theater 2 blocks away. They are Broadway worthy.

If the family is with you visit our little movie theater -It is a one woman operation. She sells the tickets, popcorn, and cleans.

Or stay in that night and play some board games we have available or a good movie on Netflix. Enjoy our 5 foot fireplace and snuggle with each other while the kids play in our playroom upstairs.

Our favorite tradition is to catch pancakes in the morning. Each person must catch the pancake on their plate as the cook tosses them.

Or go to daylight donuts. it is not just donuts they have a full delicious breakfast the old

fashion way.

May is my favorite time to hike in the morning and smell the wet earth and the new animal babies are being born. You will see fox and moose in those early hours.

Summer is biking, hiking, golf, and we have Kayaks at the marina you can use along with life jackets for every age.

Fish and then cook them..yummmmm.

Summer is also one of my favorite times to sit out on the balconies and watch the sunset over the mountain. We fix a cocktail and a snack and relax. Then later have a great dinner downtown and enjoy the live music.

Don't miss getting a crepe even if the line is long, because the line is always long but worth it.

We get to September and the turning of the Aspen cannot be missed. There are Aspens all around you turning, orange, red, yellow, and green. In some spots it looks like a sea of gold. Take a short drive to the pass and see even more. Hike through the groves and hear the quake of the aspens as the wind blows.

There is a trail to hike from Breckenridge to Frisco 9 miles that is just magical. Ride the Summit Stage back to the condo because you will be pooped.

October is a little quite and the rates are lower, but don't think there is nothing to do. There are still a million things to see and enjoy in off season.
