This large villa, 'Le Falevinier', recently renovated with a new kitchen, new bathrooms and gym, offers great space, 3 different garden areas, a chlorine-free swimming pool with outdoor kitchen area and BBQ, olive trees and a beautifully maintained garden.
Self catering, this typical provencale house offers views of the mountains and the clear air of the 'arriere pays'. Its quiet surroundings, yet close to the Nice airport and the motorway, make it an ideal destination for a peaceful, comfortable and practical holiday on the French Riviera.
The lovely villages of St Paul de Vence, Vence and Tourettes, with fortifications and ancient stone houses; the Foundation Maeght and its art collection; all offers a taste of culture and history from this beautiful part of France.
You can find amazing restaurants around this villa from St Paul to Biot, Grasse (with its perfumes) and Mougins.
You are 10 minutes from the first beach if you want to take your children and enjoy the many activities available there

Le Falevinier is a fantastic place in a fantastic landscape. Your villa is lovely and decorated with taste & love. We all enjoyed life and had a great time. We : my mother (79), six of my nephews (15 – 25), my dog & me - everyone loved it. You can do so much in the surroundings and there is so much to see. So one week was much to short and I hope there will be a chance to come back to Le Falevinier.

Our whole experience was just amazing! We drove up through the gates and were so pleased will how beautiful the grounds were, how welcoming, beautiful, fresh and exceptionally clean the villa was. The care takers were so helpful and kind. The pool was very nice too. The walk to town was very steep and I wouldn’t recommend it with kids so I would consider it a short drive to St. Paul. The view was beautiful and there was plenty of room and space for the family to spread our. We had the care takers cook one night and that was excellent too. We felt so lucky that we found this place and recommend to any friends. Italy and so many southern french towns are closely accessible. We hope to return some day. It was just a very special place. We were very impressed!
We visited the villa in late July- early August with two families consisting of people ranging from 50 to 12. Each generation enjoyed the villa equally. The patio area with views was a favourite haunt at breakfast and for evening meals. The pool is excellent with its own bar, cooking area and BBQ facilities. The gym was beautifully sited to enjoy the views while exercising and the ping pong table was also used. We enjoyed several trips up to the beautiful, historic St Paul de Vence (walkable) Nice and Antibes. We would definitely visit the villa again. Anyone staying there is guaranteed a lovely time.
Stand by to be amazed when you visit Villa Le Falevinier. The only thing more beautiful and impressive than the villa itself is the magnificent landscaping that surrounds it.
We were a party of six adults. Everyone enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa, the many patios and terraces, the pool area and the outdoor kitchen by the pool. The weather was much warmer than usual during our 2 week stay the first two weeks of June, so the air conditioned bedrooms were perfect.
The villa's proximity to the Village of Old Saint Paul, Nice, Cannes and Monte Carlo made it the perfect location for exploring the beauty of the French Riviera.
A special shout out to Stephanie who was our point of contact for arranging our visit, and to Sana our local contact while at the Villa. They were both fabulous to deal with !!!!
The villa was as beautiful as I expected; well kept,
everything one can need was there.
I would rent it again if I had the need for a 6 bedrooms.

We stayed at the villa in June 2016 sharing it with friends and family. We all had a great time. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel relaxed. Super swimming pool, beautiful palm trees and well equipped pool area. Lots to explore in the area but you do need a car to get around and get up the hills!
Most especially, all of the people who support your stay at the villa are really very friendly and helpful.
We loved the early morning light creeping onto the terrace for breakfast and watching the sunsets sipping rose wine!
Thanks to everyone for making it a great holiday.
The location of Le Falevinier is ideal. This was our home base during our recent 2 week French Riviera vacation and I have nothing bad to say about this villa - it is beautiful and looks exactly like it is presented in the photos. Ultimately, we spent several days just lounging around this beautiful villa - swimming, playing ping pong, grilling out, drinking wine, and enjoying the smell of the flowers lingering in the air in the morning air as I sipped on my espresso on one of their many private decks. There is the best grocery store I've ever been in just 5 minutes drive away (always grab a fresh warm baguette), and the St Paul de Vence medieval village on your backdoor is worth several trips to fully enjoy (you can find some amazing burrata cheese to go with that baguette at a local cheese shop there). Do not miss the equally (I think better in some ways) intriguing old town in Vence only 10 minutes drive away (I recommend L'en Champs thé. Restauration - don't miss the tiramisu).
From this villa you can easily venture off to Antibes, Cannes, Haut de Cagnes, Nice, Villefranche, Monaco, Menton, Italy, and many other amazing locations - all less than an hour away (most are less than a 30 minute drive from the villa, depending on traffic). I plan on returning to this villa soon. There is a reason why this property is so well reviewed. Book early and enjoy the vacation of your dreams.
St Paul, one of the most typical village in the 'arriere pays nicois' is famous for its fortifications, painters and artists who came through to love this village and its games of 'boules'. The area allows yourselves to travel easily between Provence, Cannes, Cap d'Antibes, Nice and Monaco.
The contrast between the quiet location in St Paul due to the size of the properties in the area and the activities available on your doorstep is truly amazing.
