It has a private 60-foot dock with deep water that will accommodate any size boat. In minutes you can be fishing in either the Bay or Ocean. You have a fish cleaning station with electrical outlets and a bait freezer plus a gas barbecue grill to cook your fresh fish as you relax on your neat dock
You can walk to Havana Jacks with its ocean tike bar and restaurant. You can view sunsets only found in paradise while enjoying typical keys entertainers..
This beautiful home has a lovely outside patio overlooking the water.
There are 2 spacious king bedrooms with TVs. One has a full bathroom and a separate entrance. The 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable king bed.
Your comfortable living room has a large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and a queen sleeper. The home has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a neat dining set.
It’s a 5-minute walk to the fishing charter fleets, local restaurants, boat rentals etc. There also is a beautiful park and golf course and park in your front yard. Key Colony Beach is the safest and best managed city in the keys.
Mr. Graves is a member of the Cabana Club that entitles your group to a guest membership to use its Private Sandy beach, Olympic Pool and Jacuzzi. It’s a 5 minute walk a few blocks away .
Your weekly rate Sat to Sat will be $1090 plus 12.5% tax and $150.00 cleaning fee

Spent a week during lobster season, and the home was very nice and has been remodeled with new bathrooms and kitchen. The ceilings have been raised and the home has nice furnishings but they are showing wear as a rental. The management company was very nice to work with and had very quick communication when we had a problem with the ice maker not working well, which was fixed immediately. They also came and traded out the patio chairs so we could use the back patio area and delivered bicycles to the home before we arrived. The location was very convenient to many restaurants and 2 grocery stores. Not mentioned in the description, but might be important to those who like to sleep later, the master bedroom ceiling has two 2 foot x 4 foot sky lights in the ceiling since it is an interior bedroom with no windows. There was no way to cover them and keep the sunlight from coming in in the early morning. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and better than any hotel or other vrbo rental we have booked. I would suggest that the owners replace the very stained kitchen area rug and also replace the few very rotting boards on the dock. We were very happy with this rental and would definitely rent this home or another home handled by the same management company.
We the best winter vacation ever. This home had the finest furnishings we have ever seen in a rental. We slept like a baby on the $5000 king mattresses in the well decorated bedrooms . The living & dining room had Tommy Bahamas furniture with marble counters in the well stocked kitchen. The home has central air and was crispy clean.There was a fantastic park across the street with a 3 Par golf course. The backyard had a great dock area with a benches to enjoy the waterway. In minutes we could boat to the ocean or the bay.
Minutes away we enjoyed the private club membership that came with the home. There was a sandy beach , Olympic heated pool. Jacuzzi, showers and a tiki bar. At night there were 3 great local restaurants that we would walk to and watch the sunset and enjoy local musicians while eating fresh seafood and drinking a margarita. The property manager was the best. Dont miss out on this great getaway.
