Amazing weekend getaway from the hustle & bustle!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I were looking for a weekend getaway from NYC and we are so happy we decided on this rental and Greenport. It was the perfect weekend and space for both of us and our little French Bulldog, Pepper. We didn't want to leave! It is walkable to amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping. It is also a very close ride to some great wineries. Our host, Amy, was incredibly friendly, responsive and accommodating to us. I hope to come back very soon and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a small slice of heaven away from all the craziness of NYC.

Great Loacation

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend and I had a great stay here. The apartment is perfectly located to walk to all restaurants and bars. Not far to get to the wineries during the day. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Perfect get away weekend rental

  • 5 of 5

We went to Greenport for a wedding and after checking in to the apartment home I didnt want to go to the wedding! The apartment was perfect for a couple. Welcoming, roomy, bright and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Check in was quick and easy. The owners found our extra set of car keys after we left. They contacted us and mailed them overnight the very next business day. I highly recommend this property. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Lovely return to Greenport and South Street

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here two years ago, and we liked it so much we came back! This time I met Amy, who was warm and charming. The apartment was just as nice as ever: clean, spacious, airy, and decorated with original works of art and art books. Since we last visited some new eateries have opened or expanded (American Beech, Basso Cicchetti, Little Creek Oysters) and some have closed (Blue Canoe, Coronet Diner). The village itself seemed very busy and lively.

Comfortable and convenient

  • 5 of 5

This place is in a very convenient location. It is a one or two block walk to all the shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. It is a nicely-decorated apartment. We only really slept in the apartment, so I can't comment on the appliances or kitchen amenities, but we were happy. Parking did not seem to be a problem. There is private space behind the apartment, but that was blocked by other cars once or twice. However, there always seemed to be a street parking space in front of the building, so that was fine.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient, well-kept

  • 5 of 5

Conveniently located in downtown, above a wonderful art gallery, decorated with beautiful art. Very comfortable and with appropriate privacy for two people. A third person could sleep on the couch (not a pull-out bed), but is more serviceable for two rather than three people. Well-stocked kitchen (although we weren't in the space enough to cook), A/C, fan in the main room, docking station for music -- great amenities! Would go back in a heartbeat.
