Haab 403 is a spacious and well equipped 1282 sq.ft. 2 bedroom condo featuring clean, contemporary lines, marble floors throughout, 2 full marble private bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes a reverse osmosis water filtration system so there is no need to purchase bottled water.
The unique white onyx-top dining room table has seating for 4, with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter.
Each bedroom has its own independent air conditioner and private marble bathroom. The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a top quality comfortable mattress from which you have an incredible ocean view and able to watch TV on a 32' Sony Flat Panel 1080P LCD HDTV, also equipped with Canadian Shaw Direct Satellite. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and a top quality comfortable mattress. Each private bathroom includes a hair dryer for your use.
The condo also includes free wireless internet.
From the living room, walk out onto the balcony to relax and enjoy your morning coffee with a breathtaking ocean view. The living room features a 46' Sony Flat Panel 1080P LCD HDTV equipped with Canadian Shaw Direct Satellite to view all the American and Canadian channels/programs As well, there is a HD PVR/DVR to record programs you don't want to miss. There is a DVD player along with a supply of movies for your use.
The 1247 sq.ft. private rooftop terrace offers a panoramic ocean view. Relax and tan on the chaise lounges, cool off in the outdoor shower, enjoy a candlelight dinner under the pergola or a moonlight dip in the Jacuzzi. The laundry room on the terrace has a washer & dryer and a portable rack to hang wet bathing suits & towels.
Amenities include an elevator, private secured underground parking with remote controlled security gates, filtered swimming pool, gardens, 24 hr. secured building access and security guard. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, noodles, snorkel fins, picnic coolers and a grill for your barbecuing needs, are all provided for your use.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in Vic's condo as part of our honeymoon - The property was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need and the rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi was wonderful for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying the sea view with a cold beer! It's in a fantastic location just a short walk from both the beach and 5th Avenue with numerous shopping, eating and drinking options just around the corner.
Lucy who manages the condo was great and rectified one minor problem we had with the aircon on the same day as the issue was reported. She also checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and was always on hand to answer any questions via Whatsapp.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying at this property and if we ever return to Playa I'll be more than happy to stay here again.
I was told by the owner this is a quiet location, and it is right on 5th Ave the main street and no part of 5th Ave is quiet. The floors were dirty, there was still hair in the showers, the bathroom floor had glue stuck to it and more dirt and hair stuck to the glue covering half the bathroom floor. I sent photos to the owner and I departed early due to the issues with this condo and the owner refused to give any money back after his misrepresentation of the property. I highly advise not to rent for the owner he has no compassion to your issues whatsoever.
We rented this condo for 3 weeks January 5-26, 2015....you will not be disappointed! Clean and quiet (don't rent during BPM festival).
The photos are accurate, place is well equipped for cooking meals, beach accessories were great and love having the laundry on the rooftop.
We enjoyed watching the ships arrive and depart Cozumel each day from the rooftop.
The beach is an easy 5 minute walk straight down 40th Street.
The unit is very quite and we loved the location. We walked 5th Avenue each night....either for dinner, drinks or simply ice cream.
We would highly recommend this property. The owner responds quickly to any questions you have and the property manager Lucy is so helpful. Lucy checked with us a few times during our stay to make sure everything was OK.

We had the opportunity to rent this beautiful condo when we went to Playa Del Carmen for the month of February.The pictures on the VRBO and Home Away site are accurate. We are rating it among the top five in cleanliness, location, comfort and amenities out of the many apartments & condos that we have rented both nationally and internationally. Thank you to the owners for having such high standards - and for being so helpful and delightful to work with. If we return to Playa Del Carmen ( and we hope to) we will definitely stay here again. A special thanks also to Lucy the property manager who was always a call away if we needed anything.
If you are looking to stay in a sparkling clean, beautifully appointed place, with an amazingly well- stocked kitchen, this is surely one of the best you'll find.
We enjoyed down time in the condo, especially the roof top which was a very relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful condo in perfect condition. Very clean and well taken care of. We loved the location, turn the corner and you are on 5th avenue and part of all the fun! Views from the condo are beautiful. Beach is a short 5 minute walk. Condo has all the basics that you need which is very appreciated. Nice beach towels, chairs, cooler.... Diane, the owner is very friendly and easy to work with. The complex is quiet and we felt very safe while staying there. Pool area is very pretty but really didn't seem to get any sun.... Can't imagine anybody wouldn't enjoy their stay in this condo! Thank you!
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in September. The condo was beautiful and really modern. It is equipped with everything you need and has fantastic views towards the ocean. It was light and airy and had very good air con in both bedrooms and the open plan lounge/kitchen (much needed in the 33 degree heat!). It is literally a few steps from 5th Avenue but still very peaceful and quiet. The private rooftop sun area was perfect for our needs - in fact we spent more time here than on the beach.
The reservation process was quick and efficient and our damage deposit was returned within a few days of departure.
I would definately recommend the condo to friends and family travelling to Mexico.
