Why Scott Graves chose Marigny
Located in the French-Quarter-adjacent Marigny Triangle where you are only three short blocks to the Frenchman Street music clubs and six blocks to Bourbon Street. A streetcar stop is one block, if you want to venture out of the neighborhood in New Orleans style. Spend a weekend in one of America's most historic cities enjoying one of the town’s many historic residences.

Just what we were looking for.
This rental was a great combination of privacy and still being close to the action. Easy to walk to Frenchmen St and the French Quarter. Scott was very helpful and offered some great local recommendations.
Thank you, Kyle, for your review. Come back to the Big Easy soon!
Fun in New Orleans
Good value for your money close to streetcar supermarket good bars and great music. Nice courtyard to relax in. Older premises but lovely and clean. Would recommend to everyone.
Thank you, June, for your kind review. I should point out that Marigny (this neighborhood) dates from 1803 and my house's having been built in 1927, is considered "new construction"; my next-door neighbor's house was built in 1842. LOL. I suppose 'older premises' is all in one's perspective! It was a pleasure meeting you; hope to see you again in the future.
great place in the marigny
We loved this great little apartment. Close to Frenchmen St and all the action of the French Quarter. Grocery store across the street and a pharmacy on the corner. Lots of good restaurants nearby. This was a perfect place for Jazz fest. Thanks to Scott for making everything great. Also the neighbor kitty was so sweet!
Thank you Carrie, for your review. It's great to know you had such a good time, appreciated the convenience of Aaron Ingram Haus' location and met Colette, the neighbor's unofficial guesthouse "hostess" who greets everyone with a kitty smile, a 'hello' meow and an open invitation to pet her. Come back again soon.
Absolutely perfect location; it’s close to everything, and quiet enough to get some rest. Scott was very accommodating of our schedule with late flights in and out. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
Thank you, Katherine, for your review. I'm very glad you enjoyed your stay at Aaron Ingram Haus and I hope you will visit us again soon.
Great place, no complaints.
This was a comfortable & convenient place to stay. Excellent value for the money. Scott was very nice. He mentioned a food option of a deli/buffet kind of this across the street at the grocery store that sounded iffy but wow, once we tried it we went back 4-5 times. Great way to save money on food & it was fantastic (quality & selection). It was very quiet. The shower had good pressure. Comfy beds. Spotlessly clean. Very safe. Easy walk to everything. I would highly recommend!
Thank you for your review. It's always good to hear when a guests truly enjoys their accommodations, the neighborhood and their visit to the Big Easy. Hope you'll come back again soon. What ever the season, there's ALWAYS a reason to visit New Orleans!
