I have a private website that has a lot more info and details about my properties and logistics. There is a link for it somewhere on these adds, but they keep moving them around and its often hard to find. They don't like us posting it in this section, but I will send out my website link with all inquiry responses.
I have visitor books in my homes where people leave their comments. Prior to 2014 it was easy for me to enter those on my personal website and in these adds, but I've come to recognized that people prefer guest entered comments and the ratings systems also now seem to be tied to user entered comments more so than in the past. In 3/2014 I sent emails to many 2013 guests asking them to directly enter reviews, thus a bulk of reviews entered in 3/2014. Moving forward, I will be soliciting reviews from prior guests monthly or quarterly.
I advertise thru many channels, and while I try to keep this calendar up to date, there is an occasional lag. I recieve availability emails on my smart phone and typically respond within a few hours (and I'll respond even if I dont have availability)....
--NATURE OF GUESTS--
In general, I have enjoyable experiences working with and pleasing families and business travelers. I also use to have good success with large 'groups of friends', but my inquiries in that category have risen a lot in the 2013-14 timeframe, and so have some of the issues, headaches and heartache. These groups are often in for 2-3 night stays for things such as concerts, sporting events, birthday parties, reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties. The groups of friends I have experienced the most hiccups with are often self categorized as 'professionals in their 20s-40s', so while that is important info, please understand it does not, by itself, make me feel 'comfortable' with a large group. If you are going to be the responsible party for a large group of friends, PLEASE think about each of your companions and make sure you don't have anyone in your group that naturally attracts problems or trouble. If you do, please consider a hotel over my home or that of others, as problematic issues can affect a landlords entire business if it involves neighbors or neighborhood issues. If you, as the organizer, are comfortable with your group, i probably will be to. Please provide some details about your group and your comfort with this info with your inquiry, and realize that I may request linked-in and/or facebook profiles or other public profiles that can help me feel more comfortable with you and your group.

Beautifully rehabbed 160 year old Row Home on one of the most beautiful blocks in Baltimore. The front features a street full of Bradford Pear Trees, best seen in early spring....out back you'll a quaint yard shared between this property and 627 S. Paca St and there is also a large 1 car garage on the rear of the property. There is a small 2nd floor rear deck off the kitchen (which is on the 2nd floor) with views of Camden Yards, Raven’s Stadium, and our great neighborhood park. When I come back to Baltimore on occasion, this is the home I stay in…..I enjoy sharing my home and Baltimore with folks from around the world...Children are most welcome but please look at the photos to decide if you're comfortable having them run around this house....Quiet, responsible drinkers and non-drinkers are welcome and smokers are welcome (but ALL smoking must be done outside with butts disposed of appropriately)....Drugs in any form are not welcome....
As for parking, there is a large garage that accomodates 1 vehicle less than 20' long......Other than that, this is a permit only neighborhood....although parking enforcement is not typically too bad if there are no ballgames, but a guaranteed ticket on game days.....I do have a visitors permit that may be used for a second vehicle, but you'll have to sign over your first born if anything happens to it!!! It's like gold, and once lost, it can't be replaced until next year!!!

Holly and I lived in this home full time from 2005 thru 2012. Holly got a wonderful opportunity to work in Monterey Bay CA for 3 years, so we've relocated! I still return to Baltimore regularly for work, and this is the home I reside in when I'm here.

I purchased 625 and 627 S. Paca St. because of the location and the views. Short of a water view or a skyline view, the views of the park and the stadiums are pretty hard to beat...and the parking situation with the neighborhood lot behind the homes is fabulous!
The home next door to this one is also a VRBO rental, so I can typically accommodate 18-20 people between the 2 homes, and there are several homes owned by others within 2 blocks that I can refer you two if your group requires more than 1 home and I can not accommodate.
What a great house! It is a row townhouse on the outside and a loft on the inside. Our Christmas stockings looked GREAT hanging with large bows on the catwalk. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Thanks for a great week! [owners note: there was a comment about running out of hot water, but no contact was made during the stay. For reference, there is a 66 gallon hot water heater in the home which is typically more than sufficient for a 3br home. I lived in this home and never had issues, and I've never gotten any other complaints from guests. If someone fills up the jetted tub while others are showering, that could lead to a short term lack of water...]
This loft style house is fantastic! Immaculately clean, great location and the owner is fast to respond to any questions. Every room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was so easy to enjoy our time away here!
Outstanding accomodation in a townhouse with great access to Camden Yard and Convention Center. Owner has pride in the residence and it shows through, from beginning to end. No stones left unturned, from registration to followup. Off-(garage comes with house) and on-street parking a big plus. Accomodations very comfortable, friendly and where can you find 3 separate bedrooms with bath for such a good price! Have already recommended it to friends!
Beautifully decorated home from top to bottom! Check in process was great. Owner Bryan was very detailed & made sure everything went smoothly. Great Location downtown, close to Orioles park, Royal Farms Arena, Harbor, Convention Center, etc. Plenty of space! Very clean, immaculate property! Will definitely stay again! :)
My husband and I as well as two other couples stayed here for 3 nights. It was the perfect location for us. We were splitting our time between D.C. and Baltimore and the location was excellent. The house is a perfect brownstone, and we like to rent homes that are typical of the area we are visiting. The house was well appointed, clean, and the views were great. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. When we visit this area again, we will definitely keep this house in mind. I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Baltimore. One note: If you have anyone in your party that has trouble maneuvering stairs, this may not be the place for you.
Just completed my second stay at this property for the weekend of the Colonial Athletic Association Basketball Tournament held at Royal Farms Arena. The property is .89 mile walk to the arena and only a mile or so from Inner Harbor in a quiet and clean neighborhood tucked in on the other side of Camden Yards. So cool to walk past the stadium on the way to Inner Harbor or to the arena. The place could not possibly be any cleaner and it has everything needed for the perfect stay. The property owner is beyond helpful with anything you need or request. The unit itself is unique with 3 bedrooms and a 4th area with a futon so you could actually sleep 8 comfortably. There is a massage chair in the living room and you feel completely at home in the place. Recommend to anyone staying in Baltimore.
This is my second time to stay at this hosts rentals and it will not be my last. His home has everything you'll need and more. There are 4 floors, a basement room that I stayed in with washer and dryer on this level. On ground level is another bedroom suite and a secondary den. Second level is the kitchen and main den with satellite and a DVR and a massage chair! Everything about the den is comfortable with lots of room for many folks to sit. There's also a built-in desk on this level. The kitchen is beautiful with full sized appliances and an eating area. The top floor has the third bedroom suite with a jetted tub. There are balconies on the top and second level if the weather's nice. We were playing at the Hippodrome and it was an easy 15 min walk to the theater for us. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Also, the lighting in this home is so nice, lots of varieties on how you can light the entire place. Very nice place for sure! I'll definitely stay here again!
