This spectacular home situated at the base of the Phoenix Mountains Preserve features a diagonally stacked layout with three stories and incredible views of mountains, the Encanto District, and Downtown Phoenix. At night the lights from the city, streets, and skyscrapers below illuminate to provide you with imagery that will last a lifetime, hence where the property gets its name. The ground level features a three-car garage, wine cellar, and a spare bedroom configured with three XL twins, two of which can be combined for a king size layout. The main level consists of a wide upper deck facing south complete with a JennAir brand built-in gas grill, travertine tiles, a negative-edge pool and spa, plenty of chairs and dining areas for taking in the city lights below, and a small lawn that backs up to the mountain behind the house.

Through the glass front door is a regulation size pool table that rests atop black hardwood floors adjacent to the kitchen, which features new marble countertops, small rectangular natural stone tile floors, a center island with a full gas range, a Viking built-in microwave, and panoramic windows facing south. The open floor plan leads you into the living room, equipped with a large LG flatscreen TV, stylish media cabinet, beige carpet, and a comfortable dark brown leather L-shaped sofa. Up the stairs is the master suite that completely occupies the third level, with its own fireplace, private balcony that provides even better views of the city than the main level, and a walk-in steam room/shower combination with several electronically controlled settings. This property's location puts you close to Biltmore Fashion Park, Piestewa Freeway, lively entertainment districts of central and downtown Phoenix, and hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountains Preserve.

I loved the house. The location was fantastic!

We just came out for the hockey and football game. I loved the city lights house it was great. Everyone had a great time.

The location was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed it. We rent houses quiet often, we had no complaints.

The place was fantastic and beautiful. It was perfect for the time that we were there. We used the pool in the mornings.

The view was great and we did some great hiking at the back as well.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view

My friends and family came out for baseball. That house is beautiful, with a beautiful view outside.

I enjoyed it for sure and so did my family. The house was great. We will be out there next year, we look into using this house again. It’s a beautiful home and beautiful area.

Tremendous location and phenomenal patio

We had a get together with friends that we do annually. It was such a cool venue. The house has a tremendous location and has an excellent hosting area. Tons of space. Cleaning lady was fantastic and so nice. The outside patio is phenomenal to have guests on and has a beautiful view. The pool and the deck was so cool.

Wonderful outdoor space and well laid-out home

We recently rented the home for a long weekend. The house was in decent condition for a rental home. Everything was clean and ready for us. I asked for the pool to be heated and they never turned it on. The pool was very nice and the views were outstanding, but having it heated would have been worth the daily fees. I recommend heating the pool to anyone renting this house. I would rent this house and recommend this house to others.

Exactly as pictures show!

The City Lights house was very nice. For the price, it was perfect. We had no issues with it.

I rent a lot of houses as I am always traveling. I was on vacation this time for the patriots football game.

Everything was really nice. I am always worried when I book through a website. Some places are not how they are made out to be in the pictures. With this house everything was exactly as showed in the picture if not better. The pool was unbelievable. I am picky person and I have no complaints!

We had a great time, everybody had a blast!

Very Relaxing

My family and I booked this place for a family gathering. We loved it. The views are amazing. You can see the entire city. I loved eating breakfast and reading the paper in the morning while enjoying the view. I highly recommend this home.
