I live in Connecticut in the travel business for 30 years but can't wait to move to Florida full time. We looked at 28 condos and purchased at the Horizons upon our first look. When the agent opened the front door- we were stunned with the beautiful view and said 'We will Buy It Now. You will feel the same about the view of the ocean and how very private it is away from the high rise section of Daytona Beach with all single family homes to the left of the Horizons. I am also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Connecticut.

Beach is VERY PRIVATE but you are close to all the attractions-Convention Center, Boardwalk, International Speedway. Belair Plaza is less than one mile for all your shopping needs and a Publix food store.
Watch your famiily swim from your oceanfront balcony- give them the lunch ready waive! if you prefer fresh water-the pool is right there in plain view of your condos balcony and also overlooking the ocean.The beach is very private but just a half mile from convention center and a nice beach walk to the Boardwalk & Amusement Park and International Speedway Drive. Daytona Speedway 6.5 miles away and offers tours daily except race days. All your shopping needs and Publix half of a mile away. .
The condo was amazing, open and roomy. The views were amazing from every room. Stocked with everything that you could possibly need. It was the first year in 25 that we had stayed at a condo. It was a difficult year for our family because my husband passed away unexpectedly in December, but the facilities were terrific. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
I am a person of very little words... Great location in Daytona, 2nd floor condo, beachfront, ocean front views. Very large condo and had a great supply of beach items already there.
Will come back again in the future.

We had the most relaxing vacation we have ever had!!! This condo has it all!! Beautiful views the beach isn't overly crowded and on the inside you have everything you need to make your vacation perfect!! Stores are close by and you have the added protection of the garage!! It's everything that Rick says it is and more!! Hope to return next year!!

We had a great week at unit 202 at Horizons. The condo was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The two bedrooms are large and well furnished with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage to unpack for the week. The family room and eating area is huge and the leather furniture is great. Both bathrooms are nice as well. This area of the beach is quiet and uncrowded and we really liked the location half way between Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach. Close to restaurants, grocery store, and shopping. Also really liked the safety and security of the underground garage. Rick was easy to work with and accommodating. This place has it all and hope to be back soon!

Our group had a wonderful vacation at this clean, safe, well appointed condo on Daytona Beach. Beautiful views from every room, within walking distance (1.5 miles to boardwalk) or a short drive to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Rick, the owner, was professional and courteous in all of our dealings. An heirloom piece of jewelry was left behind by someone in our group. Rick and his cleaning crew were kind and honest while ensuring the jewelry was returned to us promptly. Can't say enough nice things about the condo and Rick. We will definitely book this condo again.
