I live in Connecticut in the travel business for 30 years but can't wait to move to Florida full time. We looked at 28 condos and purchased at the Horizons upon our first look. When the agent opened the front door- we were stunned with the beautiful view and said 'We will Buy It Now. You will feel the same about the view of the ocean and how very private it is away from the high rise section of Daytona Beach with all single family homes to the left of the Horizons. I am also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Connecticut.

Watch your famiily swim from your oceanfront balcony- give them the lunch ready waive! if you prefer fresh water-the pool is right there in plain view of your condos balcony and also overlooking the ocean.The beach is very private but just a half mile from convention center and a nice beach walk to the Boardwalk & Amusement Park and International Speedway Drive. Daytona Speedway 6.5 miles away and offers tours daily except race days. All your shopping needs and Publix half of a mile away. .

Beautiful Clean Condo in Ideal Location!
We have visited Daytona 5 of the last 6 years. This year being the first year to stay in Rick's condo at Horizons. There is no way to say enough positive things about this condo. Most importantly it is very clean! It is extremely spacious, by far larger than any other two bedroom condo we have stayed. The kitchen is very well furnished with clean and up-to-date appliances. From the master bedroom, the ocean can be heard at night. We also enjoyed the security of being able to park in the garage, which is also very convenient to the elevators and pool.
For us, the location is second to none. It is located in the center of our favorite restaurants and attractions. The Publix shopping center is less than one mile. The Volusia Mall is about a 10-15 minute drive.
The pool was always nice and clean, as were the grounds. The maintenance staff was also friendly and helpful.
Literally directly on the beach, I cannot imagine any easier beach access.
Rick is a super nice guy, who has a sincere interest in providing the very best accommodations. Contacting Rick is trouble free and our deposit was returned in a prompt manner.
As you can tell, we really enjoyed our stay here. This is definitely a place we would love to re-visit!

Beautiful condo, clean, well supplied, excellent beach and pool access, quiet yet close to fun.
We were very pleased with this rental from the minute we arrived. It was spacious and beautiful, very clean, and fully stocked with everything you could ever need from towels and linens to kitchen cookware and more. The beach was quiet with access right outside the door and we loved how the pool overlooked the beach as well. The owner was very accomodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely highly recommend this rental to anyone planning a trip to this area and I hope to return in the future myself.
The Best Unit at the Horizons
You walk in and the view is incredible- Better than all the Caribbean Islands I have been to. The view is awesome from the kitchen; Great Room & both Bedrooms.
The unit was impeccably clean- which is number 1 priority to our family. The furnishings were very tasteful and the kitchen was impressively stocked -- rented many places but this was the best. Owner was great to work with- the few questions we had he was very helpful and responded instantaneously

Fantastic as always. Very clean condo with so much room. Amazing Ocean Front views. We like to sleep with the window cracked open to listen to the waves all night. You can watch the Daytona Boardwalk fireworks from your balcony. Quiet place, friendly staff and tenants. Laundry facility right outside your door which is so very convenient. Thank you again for year 3 at your condo Rick. Planning next year already.
Location was great, clean and well stocked unit
We enjoyed a lovely family vacation at Horizon Condo unit 202. The condo was comfortable and decorated very nicely. Excellent location, clean with everything you need. Being near the pool and beach was great. We will recommend this place and hope to return soon.
