Why Thy Fogt chose Gulfport
We love Gulfport Ms and the southern charm that comes with the people who live here. The area is great place to vacation as it is conveniently located to many attractions. We love that this property is so close to the beach and that it's in a gated, secured community. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are lovely!
What makes this Townhome unique
We completely remodeled this home with new furnishings, flooring, paint and a newly built deck. The townhouse is located in a culdesac providing additional privacy. Fits all needs
We stayed with 4 kids and a baby and was perfectly content. We wanted for nothing. The condo had everything and the facility's pool was perfect. Comfy beds and great layout.
Easy access to beach. Nice spot that isn’t overrun by tourism. Loved morning strolls along beach. Ship Island excursion definitely worth a look!
Great stay for week long baseball tournament!
I highly recommend this townhouse. The location is great and the accommodations are perfect for families! We spent a week here for a baseball tournament and couldn’t have been happier. Derrick was awesome to work with and the townhouse was clean and updated. About 9 other baseball families stayed in this complex. Not all units and owners are created equal. We thankfully didn’t have any problems with our unit or owner.
On a side note the train didn’t wake us up as I suspected it wouldn’t. 😉
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is convenient, safe neighborhood. The train is kinda of loud but you get used to it, I liked it actually. There is a pool just a short walk away. The condo is comfortable and has lots of room for everyone. Three bathrooms (bring your own soap/shampoo, etc) TV's in every room. Everything you need for a Gulf Coast vacation.
We needed a place for six people and this townhouse worked nicely. It was clean with a bath for each bedroom which was great! We would stay here again.
My family of 7 enjoyed our stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed.
We are centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi making it convenient to many attractions. Our guests have ranged form vacationers, families visiting their relatives at the military base at Keesler, snowbirds, and business travel. If you have young children, the Lynn Meadows Discovery Museum, Jones Park, and Gulf Island Water Park is great for entertaining the kids. Our guests have enjoyed restaurants such as White Cap Seafood Restaurant, Tony Nelson’s King Of Philly Cheesesteaks, El Lupillo, Cajun’s Fabulous Fried Chicken, Perry’s Caribbean Delight, and much more. If you are just in the mood for cooking at home, we have a fully stocked kitchen and grill, so stop by our neighborhood grocery store, Rouse Market and Winn Dixie. Walmart is also close by for any other shopping needs. We are located one hour to New Orleans and have 7 + casinos between Gulfport and Biloxi. And if you enjoy poker or card rooms, we recommend the Beau Rivage...they truly have one of the best Poker rooms in the country. Shipwreck island is another popular attraction for our guests as you board a boat that takes you sandy white beaches...just prepare yourself for an all day adventure. While there are so much more to and see, we also just enjoy getting up early in the morning and running/walking on the beach as it it's so convenient to get there. In the evenings, we often visit the beach for a second time to watch the sunset and the hermit crabs scatter around at night.
