Ocean front beach access - second row price!
The soft sand of Surfside Beach is just a few steps across a narrow street from this spotless 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Pelican Pass. You may or may not have already noticed that "ocean front" lodgings cost a great deal more. If you're the kind of person that enjoys comfort and appreciates value, this condo will be your vacation home. Delightful decor, comfortable furnishings, new carpeting, refrigerator and stove add up to make this a lovely place to rest after days of enjoying the beach, golf, shopping and attractions the Grand Strand has to offer.
The swimming pool is exclusively for Pelican Pass guests, it won't be crowded, and it's perfectly situated for afternoon sunbathing. The balcony can be entered from the master bedroom as well as the living room. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a great easy chair for you to relax, watch TV or a DVD after each vacation day. The kitchen has a breakfast counter with two bar stools, full sized appliances, and is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, tableware, blender, etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and chest for plenty of storage, TV, and a full bathroom with tub and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and a TV, with full bath nearby. All rooms have ceiling fans to keep cool air moving. Linens are provided, beds will be made, some soap, paper towels and trash bags will be on hand. You will not begin your vacation by making beds or running to the store to get toilet paper.
Surfside Beach is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to attractions. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a six block walk to the north from Pelican Pass. The Garden City beach pier, restaurants, bars and shopping are a short drive (or a pleasant, longer walk) south. It's easy to see that many great vacation days will begin and end here, is it not?
The renter must be 25 or older, have a valid credit card, and be present throughout the rental.
Parking is limited at all oceanfront properties. We can only provide the number of parking tags allowed by the Home Owners Association and property manager. None of these properties provide more than TWO parking tags. No additional parking tags are available

Location was great across the street from the beach. Place was large enough for 4 we made it work for 6. Service was great. we had some problems but well taken care of from from the office. Our issue with the condo was that it needed replacement of the furnishings like, the couch and beds, shower heads, doorknob, stove hood and stove. Hard to cook on the stovetop when the metal rings slip to one side and the stove hood fan doesn't work. I fault only the owners for not putting money back into their rental. Would not rent the same unit again but may rent the location with a different unit.
after 10 hours of driving from Knoxville Tn. we found this unit to be in excellent condition and super clean! the beds were made and plently of towels for the Adults plus a 2 yr old..the pool was nice and always clean and not crowded. we even used the grill outside! A quick walk to the ocean across the street and we walked to Surfside pier and Bubba's fish Shack was delish! the only issue we had was the cable in 2ed bedroom did not work thus no TV all week for the younger ones. the management sent someone to fix it asap..but the cable people never came .it could of had a CD/radio in living room too. and kitchen had no spices or condiments so bring your own ! but had plently of dishes and cooking pots and pans, also nice full size washer n dryer...all in all a great place to stay! Anne n family from Knoxville Tn
We loved the condo! The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and very close to the beach. We liked the fully equipped kitchen - everything worked and was easy to use. It is a quiet area and we would stay in the condo again and recommend it to our friends. We enjoyed walking to the Surfside Beach Pier everyday.
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and it was such a short walk to the ocean. It was nice to come in from the beach and have a nice pool to swim in. We would definetly stay again!! Thank you!
Wonderful in every way! Wish it were mine to keep.
This was our first visit to Surfside Beach and love it. Location we stayed at was very close to the beach,Lots of places to eat and shop.

Myrtle Beach is a unique vacation destination that has a little bit of everything, and no matter which one of our Myrtle Beach home rentals you choose, you’ll be nearby beautiful beaches, shopping centers, golf courses, fishing, restaurants, theaters and nightlife. Perfect for either families or couples, our Myrtle Beach home rentals offer luxurious and convenient amenities; beautiful décor; access to pristine beaches; and magical views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean!
The Grand Strand is a large stretch of beautiful beaches where many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are located. Once a hiding place popular among notorious pirates, today among America’s most popular vacation destinations, Myrtle Beach’s Grand Strand offers a wide variety of recreation and entertainment activities. Start with miles and miles of golden soft sand on a shore that slopes gently into the Atlantic. The Grand Strand was voted #1 in the USA (#6 in the world) in a recent poll of frequent travelers.
The communities just south of our Grand Strand Myrtle Beach home rentals, Surfside Beach and Garden City, are our most “family friendly” areas and offer scores of reasonably priced ocean front Myrtle Beach condo rentals for family enjoyment of the warm sunshine, sand, and the vast Atlantic. Many of these condos are large enough to accommodate several families, a perfect reunion setting.
Golf is the “national” pastime of The Grand Strand. Some say you can play a different course every day of the year. That’s probably an exaggeration, but certainly you can play 36 holes a day for a week, (or a month) without seeing the same course twice. There are well over 100 golf courses to choose from near many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals. Fishing is the lesser-known area sport. Inland waterways and shallow coastline areas offer anglers lots of action, with guides available to show the way.
A perfect family vacation area, there are dozens of attractions and amusement parks close to many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals for kids of all ages. The new SkyWheel, a 200 foot high Ferris wheel, is an amazing attraction and is said to be among the largest in the world. Also not far from many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are zoos, an aquarium (with a dozen species of sharks!), science and curiosity exhibits and museums for family entertainment. Surfside Beach and Garden City both offer amusement parks the kids and parents alike will love.
For a combination of art, culture and nature many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals are right near Brookgreen Gardens. This 9,000 acre park exhibits one of the largest collections of sculpture by American artists in the world. The manicured lawns with walkways and pools beautifully enhance these spectacular works of art.
Restaurants are everywhere, with options for every taste and budget. Just about every cuisine in the world seems to be represented all only a short ways from many of our Myrtle Beach home rentals. Seafood is, of course, the staple, there are a large selection of places to get all you want. Murrell’s Inlet says it’s the Seafood Capital of South Carolina, and boasts a long row of highly regarded seafood restaurants to prove it.
Nightlife? If you’re not worn out yet, choose from live popular music, professionally produced stage shows, and “tribute” acts that pay homage to the legends of popular music, playing “oldies” that are sure to bring back memories.
