This beautiful self-catering apartment, is just two minutes walk from the center of Wexford Town, in the Sunny South East of Ireland. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac, with allocated parking. The apartment is on the ground floor and is tastefully decorated to a very high standard. It has been awarded four stars by Ireland's Tourist Board. It has all modern conveniences including washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, CD/Radio, microwave, fridge, freezer, wireless broadband, multi-fuel stove, with a supply of fuel, and storage heating. Wooden flooring throughout giving low allergen environment. There is a patio door leading to a private garden area, where you can dine al-fresco on the deck!
The master bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds or a double, if required . A cot, high chair & a folding bed are available on request.There is also a separate bathroom with shower. A car parking space, at the front door, is provided free of charge.
Two friends and I rented this property in Feb. 08. The location was perfect - much to see and do, few minutes walk to town centre. Owner was extremely helpful. Perfect for 2-4 people, two bathrooms, very clean, everything on one floor and well cared for by the owner. The entire experience was lovely.
We felt very comfortable during the 2 weeks we stayed at Wexford. Paddy was very helpful since our airline at the last minute sent us an email saying we could only bring hand baggage and offered to provide us with everything he could. The children were very happy playing safe at the indoor terrace. Thanks to Paddy for make it the difference.

We had a lovely time here in this apartment, very clean, spacious and in a private cul-da-sac, suitable for my two young children. The apartment is very close to the town so very central. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend this property. Thanks to Paddy who was very welcoming, friendly and ensured we had everything we needed.
We really appreciated our week’s stay at 3 Hollyville Heights, Wexford, which is a beautifully cared for spacious ground floor apartment, equipped with everything we could need and, most importantly, really comfy beds, a private outside space and, a perfect location to walk to everything in Wexford Town. One week was just not long enough and Paddy was so kind to us, we will be back if he will have us.

A lovely spacious apartment,well located-withing easy walking distance to shops,restaurants and bars,and a great base to explore the rest of Wexford from.
A delightful south facing patio at the rear, wonderful for relaxing in the evening.
The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything needed-washing machine,iron,hairdryer,towels-even bars of soap!

Also, Hook Lighthouse - the oldest operational lighthouse in the World. Clayton White Hotel Leisure center and Thermal Suite - just a two minute walk from the apartment - is available for booking. This is a location to suit all needs.
