Bar Mitzvah/Passover 2019
We are a family from Los Angeles. The apartment was excellent. Tons of room. Bright and airy. Wonderful balconies. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. The location is awesome.
Gréât person great guest
wonderful location and great terraces
my husband and I brought our 13 year old grandson for his first trip to Israel. The apartment gave us plenty of room both to separate and to be together. The kitchen was well-equipped - a good thing, because our grandson LOVED being a half-block from the souk and a variety of small convenience stores. He became our shopper. The parking is "interesting" for a non-Israeli, but once you understand it, it works.
It would have been helpful if there were clear, written instructions -- this would have eliminated calls to the owner to find out how things work.
Modern, beautiful, clean apartment in amazing location!
We stayed in Yohan's apartment for 4 nights in December with our two children. Its everything you would want in an apartment rental - clean, spacious, great views, hot showers and comfortable beds. The location is steps from the Shuk, two blocks from the beach, a few blocks from Nachlat Binyamin, and a few more blocks to Rothschild. We even walked all the way to Jaffa and it took half hour. This apartment isn't in the midst of the tourist hotels - its got some of the real grit (in a good way) of downtown Tel Aviv. You really feel like you are living there. Yohan is a responsive and friendly host and has an on the ground greeter, Jeanine, who meets you and shows you around the apartment. A great experience.
Wonderful stay in great location
This apartment is a haven of quiet in a great location right at the bottom of the Carmel Market. Clean and well-equipped - and in the hot July weather of Tel Aviv, great air-conditioning. My husband and I brought a total of five adult children with us and at times it was a bit tight, but overall seven of us did fine with the sofa beds, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We rented a large American-style minivan which we were able to park every evening at the large city parking lot just a block or so away from our building. We enjoyed walking to most places we wanted to visit, and the ease of shopping in the market, and even hosted our Israeli family for an afternoon of snacking and visiting in the apartment living room. The balconies were an added bonus, and we made good use of the washing machine and drying rack that were outside on the second-floor balcony. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
Great duplex Apartment
We had an amazing time at this apartment. We were greeted at the building by Janine, who was very nice and showed us around. The apartment was in excellent condition. The kids' room downstairs has two twin beds and very strong AC. The living room has a large sofa and big screen TV. The best part is the balcony, where we had multiple family dinners. The upstairs bedroom was very big and has its own bathroom. The best part was that there was another much bigger wrap-around balcony with sun beds and a great view.
We were very nervous about using VRBO as it was our first time. It could not have been better.
Thank you so much Haskel for your feedback.
We are making a lot of effort to provide the best staying experience for our guests
We hope to see you come back soon.
