This 16th floor unit is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condominium located on the portion of Miami Beach referred to as 'Mid-Beach'. The building is centrally located between North Beach and South Beach making it a perfect location for those desiring a less crowded beach yet close enough for shopping and night life.
The spacious master suite is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen television, and full bath. Guest bedroom is furnished with a full (double) bed . A queen-sized Frontgate EZ Constant Comfort Inflatable bed is available for parties greater than 4 persons. Direct ocean views can be enjoyed from the private deck, master bedroom and living/dining area.
The condo is fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home and has sleeping accommodations for up to six people (4 adult maximum). Linens, beach are provided. A coin operated laundry is available on each floor of the building.
There is a well-equipped fitness center located on the main level that is available for guest use as well as a grassy outdoor picnic area for your enjoyment. Beach chairs are supplied in the unit. Lounge chairs are also available on loan at the beach access for those who may not wish to tote chairs to the beach.
Complimentary, on-site valet parking is available for one vehicle. Additional vehicles can be parked for $5/entry (rates are subject to change)
The building has direct access to the beach. This location is located within a seven-ten minute drive to the convention center, South Beach, and Lincoln Rd. Public transportation is also available for those without vehicles. Several of the nearby hotels offer dining options and there are planty of restaurants nearby to choose from that offer dine-in, carryout, or delivery options. The nearest Publix Supermarket is 1.1 miles (4 minutes by car/ 24 minutes walking) away.

We are part-time snowbirds from Maine who have been vacationing in Miami for the past ten years. We decided to purchase another rental unit both as an investment and for our family's use. We enjoy the exploring all around South Florida and use Miami as our base.

Great investment opportunity. The views are really spectacular and the location is ideal. It is close enough to South Beach for easy access to explore but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We enjoy being able to take a long walk down the beach and e able to stop and enjoy all the great restaurants in the 6000 Block. There's a large park and play ground a short walk down the beach that our kids enjoy meeting other kids for a little fun.
The views at this location are wonderful and the beach never seems to be crowded. It is a very relaxed portion of the beach.
My wife and I stayed with our two boys (aged 4 and 2) for three weeks in May 2016. A beautiful apartment; updated and clean. The view is spectacular. The beach was great - plenty of nice sand and warm swimming for all four of us. Location was also great for us. There is a kid's park about a 15 minute walk down the beach to the south which was great for us. The security and valet staff were all very friendly and helpful. The owner, Chris, was prompt in answering all our questions. Highly recommended, we hope to come back again!
My husband and I traveled to Miami with our 7-month-old and this was the perfect apartment. It is just as shown in the photos - gorgeous beach view, comfortable couch, tons of space, clean kitchen. The master bedroom is huge, the second bedroom is small but has a double bed or room for a pack n play (which they provided). There is a nice pool and private beach access, 24-hour security, valet parking included. It's not super close to attractions but an easy drive to everywhere and since a parking spot is included, it is no big deal to have a car. About a mile and half from a grocery store and some restaurants, and many restaurant options for delivery. Chris was great to work with, very attentive and I would recommend this property to families!
My husband and I were happy to be able to secure this condo at a short notice. The unit was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week's stay. It is exactly as pictured, right on the beautiful beach, and the balcony overlooks the ocean. It is in a quiet area, but close enough to restaurants and other activities in and around Miami. The owners were extremely kind, and when I had a few questions, they got right back to me with answers. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, reasonable place to stay in Florida.
Stayed for a week for our vacation in Miami. Unit was very nicely maintained, clean, and comfortable and had everything needed for a really nice vacation. Our family of four included my 82 year old mom and 9 year old daughter, and this place was great for the whole family. The view from the unit fantastic. It is right on the beach with very easy access. Nice gym and pool. Although with such a nice beach we really didn't use the pool. Very convenient location too. I will definitely return.
Una vista espectacular, muy bien ubicado, perfecto para familias. El departamento es completo, tiene todo lo que se requiere, solicitamos una cuna y Chris nos facilito una play & pack nueva!!! De hecho teníamos juguetes de playa, reposeras de repuesto y toallas para la playa.
Impecable, con sabanas y toallas de buena calidad. El edificio cuenta con seguridad, valet parking y servicio de playa incluidos en el alquiler.
Beautiful view, directly on the ocean. Because this building is in an area with other condos vs hotels, the beach is much quieter, which we loved. Unit has a couple of smaller beach chairs, but the condo building provides chaise lounge chairs at the pool and at the beach for no cost. Very limited umbrellas at the pool and none at the beach. Large grocery and small coffee shops 1 mile to the north. The building is still undergoing renovations and needs updating in the halls, elevators, beach access area, etc. The condo unit itself is in very good condition. If you like a big beach towel, bring your own. An Uber to South Beach for dinner ran approximately $14 including tip (one way); this was preferable to driving and trying to find parking.
Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.
Several bike rental stations are located throughout the Miami Beach area to take in the sites around town.
