Beautifully restored and furnished with every amenity in kitchen and bathroom. We were welcomed by Dan and were very comfortable here. Dan was very easy to communicate with and the rental exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
A stunning perfectly located apartment that the photographs accurately portray. Clean and very well maintained, with everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable vacation in Boston. Located on a very quiet street with great access to restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the underground. Now that we have found this we would not dream of looking elsewhere in Boston ! It was also reassuring having Dan on site should there have been any issues....there wasn't.
Our stay was perfect. This is an excellent spot to stay among the locals of Boston. Convenient location close to Walgreens for any necessities, local cafes and restaurants a short walk around any corner. The home itself is beautiful. Updated, clean, and fresh historical charm.
Dan's place is a perfect hideaway in a quiet, tree-lined street in an historically interesting neighbourhood with excellent public transport connections and easy walking everywhere - there is even a map provided for the easiest and quickest way to walk to the Prudential Building downtown. The apartment is calm and elegant with comfortable furnishings and a lavish availability of towels and bed linen. Guests benefit from a generous host - high end toiletries, paper tissues and towels, good coffee and a well fitted kitchen create a totally stress-free stay. There is no need to even look for anywhere else.
This is a little gem - keep it special.
Since we were new to Boston we had no idea where to stay. We picked just the right spot. It is minutes from the historic attractions (about 1.6 miles, to be exact) and public transportation is just around the corner. Nearby are many excellent restaurants (you must go to Flour). The property was in tip-top shape and our owner (who lives on site) was quick to answer questions. Thanks for a great stay!
