Centrally located in Wallingford, this free-standing home (no shared walls) is 7 blocks to lively 45th street in Wallingford with a range of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and eclectic shopping. First of many coffee shops is 3 blocks away. Famous Gas Works Park, Lake Union (seaplanes and paddle boats), Burke Gilman Trai (run, bike, blade)l, Fremont (The Troll and Center of the Universe) are all an easy walk.

spacious, clean and nice location

We spent the week of Thanksgiving in Seattle with our family of five. The townhouse was clean with colorful, hip furnishings, comfortable beds. We walked to restaurants and a grocery store within 2 blocks. The Fremont Troll and the Gas Works park is a nice walk as is Green Lake Park.

Newer structure, good location, enjoyed stay

House was clean, had all the amenities and was in good location to see Seattle and surrounding areas. We commuted to downtown and took approx. 15 minutes depending on traffic. We needed three bedrooms and three bath. So if you need separate spaces this is a good spot.

Check-in was a little late for our liking (5pm) but we managed. Parking is also a bit of an issue as driveway has severe decline into house and unless you drive a truck your car will bottom-out. Overall it suited us well and we found a parking spot in front of the house on most opportunities.

Ease and Comfort

It was the perfect place to stay with friends with it's two en-suits! The location is prime for experiencing the beauty of Fremont. We would stay here again- especially with the views of Seattle from the roof! :D

A good place to get engaged.

I had a group of 8 over for the long weekend and we really enjoyed the spot. It's about a 10 minute Uber to just about every tourist location you could think of and there are a variety of good restaurants and grocery stores within a mile of the property.

Really what I wanted though was a great view of the Seattle skyline and a good open space that i could propose to my girlfriend on. On this front more than any other I was not disappointed. It was truly a beautiful and amazing experience thanks in large part to this great location. I happily recommend this place to anyone.

The only thing to really note is that it's definitely a very modern home with concrete and furniture so keep that in mind if that's a big deal for you.

Modern and in a quiet neighborhood with great view of the city.

The home was very well furnished with a nice layout. We had our whole family stay and there was plenty of room. 8 adults as we have 6 kids who are adults now. The barbecue grill on roof was easy to use and we took advantage of it. The roof deck is a great feature with views of the city which is probably about 4-5 miles away. Our host was great and he takes advantage of all the latest technology to make entry into home easy and also renting the place. Others have commented on the garage and driveway probably not usable because it is steep. However, like others, you don't need the garage as we were able to park on the street easily. I didn't even try the driveway and garage. Also, there were many spices and other condiments left to use and that was appreciated. It is annoying when you rent a place and want to cook a dinner but have to go out and buy salt & pepper and spices that you will only use once. There was also coffee and other pantry items left for our use. We left some things for the next guests as well. It is in a great location and we would stay there again.

Nice Fremont Condo

Very nice property for our stay of a week in Seattle to visit our daughter. Tucked away in a quiet area but close to bus lines and cute coffee shops and bars. Was a nice set up with a bedroom and bathroom in basement and two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Clean and nicely decorated. Would stay there again.

Only negative - no way you can get a car in the driveway much less the garage, although plenty of street parking.
