Paul Webler purchased this condo in 2012
We've been skiing Utah's famous annual 500 inches powder for over a decade. The skiing here is remarkable. Prospector Square in Park City is a great place to visit year round because it is so centrally located to everything Park City has to offer. The summers are so relaxing up here. Come stay with us and enjoy a week of skiing, a summer concert, mountain biking, the summer farmers market, the fall colors, or for a anniversary get away. We are adjacent to the Park City Convention Center which makes business or leisure stays easy.
Our condo is newly remodeled and convenient to so much in Park City; Skiing, the Rail Trail, Main Street and all the things there is to do. Don't forget to come during summer and enjoy some of the great free mountain concerts, mouintain biking, Main Street Art's Festival, and Parade of Luxury Homes. Discount passes are available at the front desk to go enjoy the amazing pools at the Silver Mountain Spa behind the resort.
We flew up from Mexico on a ski holiday in December. It is great how close Park City is to the airport. The owner was very helpful in assisting us in recommending some places to eat, and where to rent ski equipment at discount rates. The week we were there was incredible snow and we skied at 2 mountains. The condo is like a well appointed hotel room. Nicely upgraded and clean. There were restaurants close by that we could walk to and was nice to have a kitchen and coffee maker to make breakfast in the morning so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The market is only 3 minutes away from the condo. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice property. Clean. Easy to access and central to all in Park City.
We came in for a weekend stay. Check in at the front desk was easy, free parking pass and WiFi passwords we're given there. Our room was in the first building and there was plenty of parking close to the door. Room is small but laid out well and it was super nice to have a good size kitchen right in the room. The love seat was really comfortable and my wife and I loved the sleep number bed since she likes it firm and I like it softer. We also liked the fact there were plenty of good restaurants in walking distance since it was snowing like crazy. It was nice to not have to drive at night. Overall the property was pretty basic. The hot tub and pool area was being renovated, but it was a good place to set up shop and a really good price for being right in Park City.
It was a wonderful room! Very nice amenities, a kitchenette with a small fridge, small stove top and a single Keurig machine for coffee was a nice bonus! Our room had a Select Number bed which was a pleasant surprise. The room was very affordable and it was a great location, close to everything you need. We will definitely being returning for another visit! I would highly recommend this place for a getaway!
We booked our stay with Paul and loved every bit of it. The condo was in great shape. Very well layed out and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to everything and the price was very fair. Is a good place for 2 people. We skied Deer Valley and Canyons both of which were 5 minutes away. Highly recommend Squatters Brewery for dinner and brunch. The steak house across the street was good too. All in all, we'd stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!
My wife and I spent two nights at The Prospector, sans kids, for some spring skiing at The Canyons and some needed R&R. The location is excellent -- just off the main drag and walking distance to groceries and many great restaurants. (We had an excellent dinner at Good Karma, a Persian-Indian joint just up the block.)
The unit is clean and well-maintained with a well equipped kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge, cooktop, etc. It's a short, barefoot stroll to the complementary hot tub and pool at the lovely Prospector Square Conference Center next door. There is also a very nice looking, large gym available for guests, but our quads were too sore from tele turns to work out (we saw a guy pulling a weight sled on the astroturf 100-yard dash station)!
Overall, this would be a great spot to stay in Park City in any season. It appears that even more improvements on the facade are underway. We would highly recommend The Prospector for your Park City mountain getaway!
My husband and I just came for a weekend getaway. The place was clean with a really nice kitchen. Just a mile to Main Street and plenty of restaurants nearby, it was perfect for us. If you want a 5 star hotel with a concierge then this isn't for you, but if you want a nice place and close to everything and are on a budget, than this is a good option. The complex was getting some updating while were there and it looks like it's going to be really nice when its done soon. Thanks for letting us stay. We'll be back again!
Our Condo is just minutes to all the Park City Ski resorts and walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shopping. Perfect for winter or summer stays. There is a full service grocery store within a mile as well as the Park City Outlet mall. Enjoy the brand new Silver Mountain Sports Club and Spa right next door! Guests staying at the Prospector enjoy discount passes and services.
