From this marina, you will have access to the ocean through the Fort Pierce Inlet, the safest inlet on the East Coast, and you can be in the ocean in minutes. And if you are heading out to do some deep water sport fishing, you are only about 11 to 12 miles from the Gulf Stream, where you will experience some of the best sport fishing on the East Coast! The Harbour Isle Marina is a deep water on-premise marina, and of course there are several other full service wet and dry dock full service marinas in the immediate area as well.
Harbour Isle is located in the beautiful, unspoiled, quiet, Treasure Coast area, which includes Fort Pierce, Vero Beach, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, and Stuart. This area is perfectly situated halfway between the Melbourne and Palm Beach International Airports, with easy access to the Florida Turnpike and I-95. And, you are only a 2-hour drive to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and other exciting attractions in Orlando, making it a great place to meet relatives and friends on a day trip.

Hi, my name is Ric Huck. My wife and I love this place and have enjoyed living in Harbour Isle year round for several years. This setting is the best you can ask for. This is a waterfront unit on the Southwest Corner of the Harbour Isle complex with wonderful views, and direct, unobstructed access to the water, for wade-fishing or boating off the shorline. My wife and I are natives of the area and have many favorite places to see and visit in the area. If you are into fishing, you will absolutely love this area. Being located on the Intracoastal waterway, and with the Fort Pierce Inlet, you have a choice between inland waterway or ocean fishing. By boat, you have easy access to the inlet to get out into the ocean and the Gulf Stream... the fishing action you will see there will blow you away. Come stay, kick your shoes off, and put your flip flops on. Walk, or ride bikes... sail or motor around. But be aware... as it is well known around this area, if you 'get sand in your shoes', you will always come back. Enjoy your stay... Sincerely, Ric Huck

I have fond memories of this area. My father was a Navy 'Frogman' and trained on this part of Hutchison Island back during World War II. He taught my brother and me how to snorkle and spearfish in the waters off of Hutchinson Island when we were little and later introduced us to SCUBA diving. This area is truly a paradise and one of the best kept secrets on the East Coast. And, the marina inside Harbour Isle is the only one for miles in either direction that is protected 360 degrees from high winds and storm surges. It truly is a refuge for boat owners.
The atmosphere of the area is very very casual and laid back. You can walk within the Harbour Isle condo development safely as it is a gated community, armed 24 hours with a security staff. And, just across from the entrance to the community is one of the best seafood restaurants in the area, with a full bar with liquor, beer and wine, Chuck's Sefood. The Snapper and their fried shrimp are their specialty! You can safely walk there for dinner or lunch. It has been there since 1961, and has great local charm.
Fishing and boating galore in intracoastal waterway and safe inlet with direct access to Atlantic Ocean. You can be fishing within minutes, with lots of big gamefish action in the ocean, or Redfish, Snook, Trout, Flounder, and Grouper in the ICW! Walkng, Jogging, Fitness Center Gym (state of the art exercise equipment). Intimate Theatre setting at Sunrise Theatre (check out www.sunrisetheatre.com). This truly will be one of the most relaxing, stress-free locations you will ever visit. You will never want to leave.

This is a minimum 5-month rental property during the season, and 6-month minimum during the off-season.
$2800 deposit required with Lease and tenant screening application. Tenant Screening application is $100. Deposit to be refunded if declined. Then 90 days prior to occupying the property, the full rent is due and payable up front, unless it is annual agreement. If it is an annual agreement then the first and last months would be due and payable upfront, followed by electronic payments monthly.
