The house was in the perfect location. We really enjoyed it, was beautiful. There was plenty of room.
Great Santa Fe charm, views and close by several activities
Wonderful historic house on the East side of Santa Fe. Very pretty inside and out! The house is pretty well stocked with kitchen items. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs via a steep spiral staircase, which would be dangerous for small children or people with limited mobility.
A cozy, characteristic and yet spacious home on a great location in Santa Fe!
Historic Santa Fe vibe
We had a great time over Christmas week enjoying the farolitas decorations and Santa Fe traditions . The location of the house was great for getting to the plaza, canyon road, groceries and a local gym. We also took day trips to Taos and Los Alamos. Slept our extended family easily and had a cozy Christmas. The upper bedrooms (king and one of the other room) is only for the not too old and not too young to climb the spiral staircase. Recommend!!
Beautiful and Historic!
We enjoyed your home so much! My husband, our three daughters, my parents and I had a blissful Thanksgiving week in your art-filled adobe home... It was perfect! My parents could not navigate the spiral staircase very well so they stayed in the bedrooms on the main floor. Our kids loved the spiral staircase! We were all very comfortable and happy... Easy walking to Canyon Road! We would have loved to see a book about the history of Santa Fe and a some information in the home about this wonderful c.1832 adobe home in the house - that was the only thing missing :)
... Thanks Anne!
Thanks for the nice review and so happy to hear you enjoyed our house. I do need to put together a pamphlet on the house's history, thanks for your interest! All the best and you and your family are welcome back anytime!
Delighted with the historic adobe, eclectic furniture
Small garden was terrific. Wonderfully located and quiet.
Santa Fe is considered to be the Art Mecca of the West, and Canyon Road is the very heart of our Art Market. Lined with world famous galleries & incredible restaurants. 1/2 miles short walk for you to enjoy all the delicious sites and tastes. Museum hill and the plaza is just 1.5 miles away. Santa Fe's own ski valley is 15 miles up Hyde Park Rd. Hiking on the Dale Ball Trails and along the Santa Fe River is right out the front door as well.
