Centrally located, but in a quiet stretch at 452 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA and across the street from the beach, our condo awaits you. Walk to fabulous bars and restaurants, enjoy direct access to the beach across the street, as well as views of the water from nearly every room. Our two bedroom condo offers both the new and the old Cape Cod life. Nicely appointed with everything you'll need for a beach vacation, including: towels and linens, kitchen and cooking supplies, beach chairs and towels, in an immaculate well cared for old Cape Cod home. There's even a 158 square foot porch for people and parade-watching or relaxing in the sun. Relax and enjoy....Provincetown awaits you! A beautiful second bathroom was added in 2013.

Regarding parking:

We have a spot for loading & unloading bags, etc, but there are no spots on the property for renters. You can park on Commercial St where there are lots of spots. Parking is not metered. Depending on the time of day, you may have to park a couple blocks away, but

the house is across from the beach, and steps from a grocery store, not to mention only a few blocks from coffee shops & restaurants, bars, etc so most people don't need to use their car much. There are also numerous municipal and private parking lots located within

walking distance that offer daily and long term parking. The Ptown Chamber of Commerce parking information page contains a map showing where all the parking lots are located.

Nice, clean place in perfect location

Really liked our stay in the first floor two bedroom apartment. We found it clean and spacious. Gail was wonderful to work with and the on-site property manager was pleasant and helpful. Our dog particularly enjoyed spending afternoons watching people walk by on Commercial Street from the comfort of the private front porch. We look forward to coming back!

P-town perfect

Pefect location. Comfotrable, clean accomdations. Stocked kitchen. Close to just about everything! Our only complaint was parking, however once we figured out onstreet parking no problem.

Homelike, with a great porch

We had a great time at Tall Ship condo in Provincetown. We loved the porch that was reserved for our unit only!!! We were three gay, married couples who enjoyed the homelike atmosphere. The proximity of the beach was very appealing. Suggestion: new beds are needed.

Owner's Response: We are so glad you had a great time at Tallship and enjoyed its homelike atmosphere. proximity to the beach and the exclusive use of the front porch. As far as the beds are concerned I assume you are referring to the mattresses. We have owned Tallship for six years and have replaced all of the mattresses at least once during that time. Finding just the right mattress to meet each individual renters taste is very difficult. We try to buy good quality mattresses that are neither too hard or too soft. We also place mattress toppers on all of our beds to make them more comfortable than a mattress alone would be. Interestingly, I just received a communication from the person who rented the week before you saying that the mattress in the unit was so comfortable that they were missing it when they got home and asking where they could purchase a topper like the one we had on the bed. Periodically we evaluate each bed to assess whether a replacement is needed. We will be sure to place special emphasis on evaluating the mattresses in this unit.

If you love Ptown, you'll love Tallship Condos

If you love the beach and all that the Provincetown area has to offer, you just can’t miss an opportunity to stay in the historic Tallship condos. We stayed in the two-bedroom, first floor condo with harbor views from the dining area and the covered front porch. The condo is clean and well-appointed with two bathrooms, a nice kitchen, and comfortable living room. A few steps away, across Commercial Street is the beach, perfect for swimming, boating and long walks. The area offers the gorgeous National Seashore with various beaches, bike trails and forest lands. You’ll love Tallship Condos!

Wonerful trip to Provencetown

This location was wonderful, the beach is visible from porch or living room and an easy walk to many wonderful restaurants. Gail was very responsive to any questions that we had and provided a wonderful guide book on things to do and places to eat. Our favorite 2 places to eat were Spindlers and Mac's. We definitely recommend this location to anyone. Also this has to be the most dog friendly town we have ever visited! Loved seeing folks out with their pups strolling the town.

Two bedroom unit

The unit was clean ,homey well appointed and pet friendly. It was right across from the the beach and walking distance to all of Provincetown. Gail and Her daughter were great to work with and we plan to return in the fall.
