Just book it! Its a great little cottage

  • 5 of 5

The experience of the St Adele house was great. We are from NY and have not explored this area but hope to come back next year for more skiing and tubing.

The house is a short 10-15 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Many decent sized ski slopes in the the area and St Savour etc is a very easy drive. But I will cut to the chase- the house!

The house was very clean upon arrival. The roads to get there in the winter could be interesting without all wheel drive but they were not really bad for us at all. There are 2 good sized bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. My family of 4 fit great.

You are in the woods. You can see a couple of the neighbors but no issues and generally it was very quiet and serene. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The couches were great and around the wood burning fireplace which we loved sitting around after a long day exploring/skiing etc.

One thing we liked about the house is that the heat thermostats are in almost every room which allows you to leave the bedroom cooler than the rest of the house or vice versa etc.

There is a room in the basement that is very basic but does have a few activities for younger children.

If you are looking for a nice little place that fits a family of 4 perfectly just book this... Chantal was very responsive and easy to work with. Electric lock means check in and out is easy.

Beautiful and Cozy

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful, cozy and clean house just last week Jan 15th. It was a romantic get away and we couldn't have picked a better place. In the middle of nature but not far from amenities. Everything about it was perfect, from beginning to end. A bottle of wine was waiting for us when we got there, a big thank you to our hosts who we din't have the pleasure to meet but maybe next time as we are definetely going back sooner than later and hope to enjoy thew hot tub. All of our questions and concerns were answered. I did most of my corresponding with Chantal and she is such a nice person to correspond with especially when we didn't think we would be able to book it for personal reasons she offered a solution, which we appreciated very much. We have been to at least three other places and this is definetely our first choice from now on. We do recommend it 100%. Thank you very much.

Thank you very much

A must see!!!!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and will definitely come again. Chantal and Gilles were such nice people to correspond with and were excellent hosts. The house was extremely clean and tidy with a generous supply of fire wood and a bottle of wine to boot! We enjoyed the convenience of the location as we filled our stay with activities including skiing, hiking, shopping and dinners out. I can't wait to be back and enjoy this relaxing oasis again.

Que du bonheur !

  • 5 of 5
