Chalé aconchegante em meio a natureza, muito próximo de cachoeiras maravilhosas. O chalé tem uma excelente estrutura para receber várias pessoas. Super recomendo para quem quer ter dias maravilhosos em Penedo.
Só alguns detalhes. A casa na abertura Tavares com cheiro de mofo talvez se alguém tivesse aberto às janelas mais cedo o cheiro sairia.
Nos momentos de chuva tivemos goteiras em ambos os quartos no superior a goteira e em cima da cama. No quarto perto do banheiro tinham goteiras na entrada e perto das duas janelas. A torneira do banheiro tá com vazamento e não fecha.
Mas todos gostamos da localização da casa e da estadia.
O chalé fica bem próximo as cachoeiras, ambiente rústico muita paz contato direto com a natureza. Apesar de não ter sentido calor durante a noite no verão ar condicionado seria essencial bem como Tv com entrada USB ou HDMI.
Mas foi um fim de semana incrível e o proprietário muito atencioso bem como o funcionário Mineiro.
A casa é bem legal, confortável, bonita e em uma propriedade com bastante verde e fauna. É possível amanhecer ouvindo as aves , o som do rio e da queda d'água que ficam próximos ao terreno. Recomendo que vá de carro, pois a casa não fica no centro da vila. Se o contato com a natureza e a companhia dos amigos é o que deseja, esse é um belo lugar para estar. Eramos seis pessoas na casa e aproveitamos bastante. Se forem no inverno como fomos, levem vinho, , lenha pra lareira e coragem pra enfrentar a água gelada (mas vale a pena). O Mineirinho, que foi quem nos recebeu, deu boas dicas e nos ajudou no que foi preciso.
Mais uma vez a estadia foi perfeita, já é a segunda. E não poderia ser diferente em um lugar tão incrível...
Desta vez com melhorias que nem imaginava ser possível, tendo em vista que da outra vez já estava tudo perfeito.
Os objetos de decoração e utensílios nos fazem sentir mais que em casa. Tudo do mais perfeito bom gosto.
