About Jeff Bright
Our family has a long history of 5 generations of living in Colorado. Of all the places in Colorado that we could have chosen for our vacation home, we chose Breckenridge. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge all our lives. Here is a picture of a recent rafting trip we took on the Arkansas River.

The Village at Breckenridge is the best location in Breckenridge. This is where the town and the mountain meet. The location has the Maggie Pond and many events in the Plaza at the Village year round. Breckenridge is a Victorian Mining Town and the town's people take great pride in maintaining that ambiance. This location doesn't require a car. Walk to everything. There is free bus and trolley service that is also available steps from the condo. Ski in and Ski out at the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. The "Village" Ski School is right on the grounds. Beaver ponds are a short hike on the burro trail. Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours. At a convention? The Beaver Run convention center is about a 5 minute walk.

This was the perfect condo for our families to share an amazing week of skiing!
We loved the spacious common areas of this condo! The living room and dining table were perfect for our group of 8 to lounge, dine and play games without being on top of each other. The bunk room was perfect for the kids and the beds are big enough for tall adults. You can’t beat the proximity to ski school and the Quicksilver lift, and easy walk to Village restaurants and Main St. We have stayed in several Village properties and this one wins for 2 families with kids!
This condo was great! We've been to Breck many years now and knew this was exactly where we wanted to stay - quick walk to the lift and short walk into town. The condo was very nice - great mountain view, windows and balconies on three sides. The large couch was great for our large group and the beds were all comfy. Only 'complaints' are quite small but thought I'd mention them for completeness. The building has a single, slow elevator so expect small waits. Kitchen lacked cereal bowls - only 4 - so half of us had to eat cereal out of the shallow soup bowls which required a little more care than the kids wanted to put forth. Daily housekeeping isn't provided which is fine but the supplies were stocked for just a couple days - two trash bags, two dishwasher pods, etc. House keeping brought up more when we called but it got annoying to call each time we realized something else ran out. Booked for 6 nights - had to call 5 times - felt like 4 times too many for me. Even so, we'd stay here again if another family traveled with us again.
So glad your family and friends enjoyed the beautiful location, views and the awesome sectional sofa. Breckenridge has become very eco-friendly and housekeeping is doing their best to comply. Guests can call if they need additional supplies free of charge and can request the number of items they need rather than calling every day. We will look into purchasing some smaller bowls for the little ones. Thanks for your feedback.
Awesome Location! Loved our Vacation Here!
Our family had a great vacation in the true ski in and out location. The kids ski school, lift and Maggie ski lodge were right next to the condo. We were able to enjoy Apre's ski at the Maggie and listen to the great music and happy hour specials after skiing. The condo has so much room and the beds are really comfortable. The rustic wood table was great for our family to sit and play games and enjoy a meal. The fireplace in the living room was nice to warm up after a day of skiing and plenty of seating for everyone. Balconies in every room and off the living room with great ski area, mountain and plaza views. There are 2 gas BBQ's and 3 or more fire pits right outside the building in the plaza which we really enjoyed. Our family watched the stars and roasted marshmallows. Great memory for the whole family. The location can't be beat. The condo is in town and next to the ski area. We did not use our car once we arrived. We will take a shuttle next time. The Blue River and Maggie Pond are next to the condo also. The summer time paddle boarding and kayaking looks like a great time in the summer also. The views are incredible. We have stayed on Peak 8 before, but it isn't in town and you always have to wait in line for the bus or the gondola. This has everything. The owners were very responsive and we loved our stay! We will be back.
Great and PERFECT location
A bunch of friends of mine and I came out to Brackenridge from Florida to shred the gnar!! We found this place on VRBO and seriously could not have been more satisfied. This place has seriously the best location you can probably get. About a two minute walk to the slopes, and about a five minute walk to downtown.
The place was immaculate and the beds are extremely comfortable. I am the tallest person out of the group that went at 6‘5“ tall and I slept in a bunkbed with absolutely no problem at all. Slept better there than I do in my own bed on my own house.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Breckenridge to snowboard or ski, this is the place for you I guarantee you will like it!

The Village at Breckenridge offers the best of both worlds being in a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond (true ski in, ski out) and in historical downtown Breckenridge next to the restaurants and shops. Our condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Wetterhorn Building. This condo has Views!!The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further. These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more. Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away

Damage deposit will be forfeited and any additional cleaning costs will be charged directly to the guest. Damage inspection is done after check out, guest will be notified if any damage is reported. Damage deposit is returned 7 days after departure. This property will never advertise or be rented from a Craigslist listing. The condo is in town and next to Peak 9 slopes. Getting around Breckenridge is very easy. Walk around town, hiking/biking and skiing is right out the door or take the free trolley, bus service. Zip Cars, Uber to get around Breckenridge and to other areas in Summit County. Best way to arrive is by shuttle from Denver International Airport. Popular shuttles are Peak One Express, Summit Express and Colorado Mountain Express. There are many more to choose from, these seem the most popular on the road. Parking fees for 1 vehicle is $25/nt, parking for second vehicle is $40/nt and is not included in the quote. If parking is required fees can be paid directly to the front desk. Fees can change without notice. - Additional paid parking is available from the Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking website. Currently overnight parking at the Airport Satellite Lot (1690 Airport Road, $5/24 hours, on red and yellow shuttle routes and at the Ice Rink $15/24 hours). - Online Discounts for Shuttles between Denver Airport, and Breckenridge. UBERski is also available. Arrival by shuttle is recommended, as you can walk to both the slopes and downtown from this location. Free Bus and trolley service throughout town.
