It's magical! Windows, windows, windows with 360 degree views of three mountain ranges and only 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman. You'll love our warm and comfy 5200 sq. ft., 4 bedroom/4 bathroom home on 20 rolling acres. Two of the bedrooms (King & Queen) have private baths and dressing rooms. All four bathrooms have bath tubs/showers. Plush couches, plenty of TVs... you won't want to leave.
In summer, swim in our lap length pond, BBQ on the upper or lower patio, revel in an outdoor shower, watch a glorious sunset every evening, play bocce ball on the grass or just hike the property looking for the deer that live in the bushes below the house. In winter, star gaze from our outdoor hot tub, sled on our own hills, sweep off the pond to ice skate, or cozy up with a book in the warmth of a blazing fire.
Wonderfully located 30 minutes from downhill skiing at Bridger Bowl, 60 minutes from Big Sky Ski/Resort; 2 hours from Yellowstone National Park. Nearby hiking, biking, fishing, cross country skiing, horseback riding & rafting.

The house was amazing and the owners provided so many extras that whenever we needed something they provided it. The view was amazing from the front porch and back patio. The home is on a large acreage so is very private and quite but still only a few miles from Bozeman. We had a great time and would definitely rent again.
Great, big house, beautifully furnished. Plenty of room to spread out! Mountains in every direction. We were there in winter, so the hot tub was perfect to enjoy each night under starry, starry skies. Just 30 minutes from Bridger Bowl local ski area, which was 1/2 the price of Big Sky. We loved it! Big Sky was about an hour and a half away, scenic drive.
The house is well supplied--firewood, toilet paper, coffee filters, spices, etc. Comfortable beds.
Only 10 minutes to downtown and not far from the Walmart and Costco. We ate in every night....very relaxing after our daytime adventures. There's a grill and all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc that you'll need. And don't forget the hot tub!
We found the house to be a good central location between the two ski areas and Yellowstone. (Lamar Valley is awesome, and don't forget to soak in the Boiling River.)
Home was spacious and worked well for our family. Was dissapointed to find the lawn unmowed (grass really tall and seeded out)
which put a damper on the backyard use. Didn't use the hot tub since some jets didn't work. Could have been cleaner and better maintained. Overall a lovely location and house but needs some deep cleaning and maintenance.
What an amazing place! Stunning does not begin to describe the views – we were fortunate enough to have a winter wonderland surrounding us, and the mountain views and sunsets were amazing. The house is wonderful, well equipped with everything you could need and lots of space to spread out. The views in the upstairs bedroom and the living room are especially amazing. The property manager was outstanding! Emails were answered almost immediately and she solved our hot tub issue by just letting us know what button to push. And the location couldn’t be better. We felt like we were out in the country but it was so convenient to downtown and very close to MSU so we could visit our son. The road and driveway were well maintained in the snow and ice and we had no issues at all. There was an excellent book of instructions with everything from using the fireplaces to recommendations for dining and shopping – we use VRBO a lot and it was the most comprehensive package I have ever seen. We are excited to go back and stay in the summer to enjoy the pond, nearby trails, etc. A most excellent stay!!
Our family was there for a niece's wedding and family reunion. The property was great and the views spectacular. We had 4 brothers and their wife's plus 1 daughter her husband and 2 very young children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a great time, barbequed all 4 nights we were there. I would highly recommend the place and will stay there again if we go back again for a family reunion or wedding.
For the number of people we had there it was a lot cheaper than renting motel rooms.
