About Lacy Mellon
Hi! My name is Lacy and I am a licensed real estate agent here in Knoxville, born and raised! Jonathan also has lived in Knoxville all his life and graduated from Univ. of TN. We LOVE living in Fourth & Gill and value our community. You can usually find us on the weekends at the lake during the day and at night in the Old City finding the best live music of the weekend or anywhere carrying Kentucky Bourbon Ale of course. I love my Vols, coffee, traveling, my job, a good hotdog, and Honduras! I have tried to make my home my resting place; I hope it feels cozy, clean, and comfortable. We have suggestions on where to eat, drink, and be merry around town and would love of offer suggestions of hot spots! We would love to meet you and have the opportunity to introduce you to our great city!

Cozy and convenient
We stopped over on our road trip. Very convenient and clean!
We had a very enjoyable time in our stay. We had easy access to the interstate which was great since we were there to visit our kids and g'kids and they were on the West side of Knoxville. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO homes but this was our first stay in a Craftsman style home. It was very unique . It was impressing that when we arrived the refrigerator was filled with various juices and beverages and a basket of snacks plus dog cookies for our dog Kinsey. Nice back yard for the dog to run in and a quiet neighborhood. Only set back was the Knoxville Fair which was going on the night we arrived and that was very noisy. With luck it ended the day after we arrived so everything worked out great.
Perfect for our hurrication
Property was prefect for our family and dog. Close to downtown. Nice yard and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Great value, clean, beautifully designed, superb accommodations.
Convenient little home
We met our daughter and 2 granddaughters in Knoxville for a visit. We traveled with out little Yorkie dog. The home offered all the conveniences we needs for our family and our dog. The patio was a great spot to just sit and relax and the yard was securely fenced so we could let the dog enjoy his freedom. We prepared many of our meals and the kitchen was fully equipped. We would stay again if traveling to Knoxville.
Owner was accommodating and responsive to inquires. Interior of house has been nicely upgraded and modern style.
