Attractive, first-floor apartment with balcony and built-in barbecue with good views over 18 hole golf course.

2 minutes walk from the golf club house, tennis courts and driving range. A quiet shared private swimming pool is right next to the apartment. 2 sets of golf clubs are included for free use. A beautiful sandy beach is only 2 km away. Local shops and restaurants are a 10 minute walk or 1-1.5 km. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms - one master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower; the second bedroom has 2 single beds and is opposite a 2nd bathroom with shower. The living and dining area has 2 new leather settees, new digital flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, radio, dining table seating 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and all crockery. Remote-controlled sun blind over balcony and there is a

dedicated parking space in front of the apartment.

We provide guests with a discount card giving 20% off the normal full price for a round of golf, or 10% for the hire of the tennis court at Golf Son Parc. The card also entitles guests to a 10% discount at certain restaurants.

El apartamento es ideal, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. Además, el anfitrión deja útiles que pueden servir de gran ayuda, como tumbonas o sombrillas, además de lo imprescindible para el hogar. La piscina es estupenda y el vecindario muy tranquilo (es cierto que había poca ocupación) y la barbacoa es fenomenal. La relación con el anfitrión es cercana y educada, así que repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Respecto a la playa cercana queda un poco lejos para ir andando, pero tiene todos los servicios y es estupenda (cuando no sopla Tramuntana), ideal para un ambiente familiar (nosotros éramos una pareja y preferíamos otro tipo de calas).

Perfect apartment in perfect location

We had the perfect break from our fast paced day to day lives. We recommend this apartment and location for anyone who wants to "get away from it all ". A really wonderful fully equipped apartment with a shared lovely swimming pool, in the perfect tranquil location to relax and enjoy our peaceful holiday. Most of our evenings were spent having a barbeque or meal on the balcony overlooking the beautiful the golf course after visits to the beaches (local and west coast beaches) and late afternoons swimming in the pool. The local supermarket within walking distance also catered for all our needs. We would also recommend that the local beach to Son Parc is the best beach for young children with stunningly crystal clear shallow water. We definitely would like to visit again.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views

We enjoyed a relaxing, wonderful stay at this 2 bed apartment and have just recently returned from another lovely week away.

The apartment is well equipped, has lovely views over the golf course and has a shared pool that feels like it is your own as it is usually very quiet.

The beach is a 5 minute drive or a lovely 15 minute stroll through pine trees.

The apartment enjoys a very tranquil setting.

We thoroughly recommend this apartment and have already booked for next Summer.

Appartement très bien placé à Son Parc avec une plage à proximité (20 mn à pied et à peine 5 mn en voiture) très agréable. Environnement très calme. La piscine est grande, toujours propre, et lors de notre séjour était peu fréquentée. La location était bien entretenue et la grande terrasse avec son barbecue était parfaite. Le logement est tout à fait adapté à quatre personnes.

Quand nous reviendrons à Minorque, nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement.

Car: recommended

The property is a 10 minute drive to Fornells, an attractive fishing village with good restaurants, bars and water sports. It is within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and a lovely sandy beach with beach bar is 15 minute walk away or a short drive. Mahon, the capital of Menorca, with its attractive, deep-sea port, is approximately a 20 minute drive away.
