1 bedroom, sleeps 5, tile floors throughout, queen bed, twin bed (with adult mattress), queen sofa sleeper, beach decor.
Washer/dryer, tile counter tops, fully furnished kitchen, microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge with icemaker.
Club house located on the beautiful white beach has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool ocean side, + 10 additional pools, some heated, shuffle board, 18 hole putt putt (free), gated community, security, exercise room, a beautiful lagoon winding through the complex,
No pets, non smoking unit, (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) must be 25 years old to rent unit.
To start off when we arrived at the condo everything seemed fine. Then I went to take a shower. The shower curtain was disgusting. It literally had mold all over it. It was absolutely gross. I went to send a message to the owner about it and he had already sent me a message stating that the cleaning person was supposed to come over and replace the shower curtain. So he was aware of the problem. Did the shower curtain ever get replaced? No....it did not. So all week we had this disgusting moldy shower curtain.
Next I went to use the dishwasher. At first glance the dishwasher was also disgusting. With food and garbage all over the bottom of the dishwasher. I put a load of dishes into the dishwasher and ran a cycle thinking it would all just come out during the cycle. When it was done I went to unload it and none of the dishes were clean. The disgusting food was still in the bottom and the soap packet I had put in was just lying on the bottom of the dishwasher. So the rest of the week we were forced to wash dishes by hand.
Then I went to do a load of laundry. The washing machine worked fine. I put the load of laundry into the dryer and it literally took about 3 hours for the dryer to get the clothes mostly dry. They were not even completely dry after 3 hours. The lint trap was completely clean so their is obviously a problem with the dryer. The rest of the week we were forced to take our clothes to a laundromat.
I messaged the owner several times throughout our stay and he never responded. He did not respond until we had already checked out and were home from our vacation. I gave him ample opportunity to correct the problem and he did not.
I highly recommend staying somewhere else as this owner is not responsive and his condo has some very obvious issues.

We just recently stayed at this property. The condo itself was perfect sized for a family of 3. Very clean and well kept. We actually arrived just a little early and met the cleaning lady. She was very nice and gave us some good pointers around Panama City. There is a pool right across the street and putt putt golf was about a 3 minute walk. The beach was about a 4-5 minute walk. Scott was VERY easy to communicate with and we will definitely want to rent from him again!
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 young children. We were there during spring break so when we wanted a break from the spring breakers on the beach, we relaxed at one of the many pools ( that was heated😊) located across from the condo. The resort was nice and quiet and seemed to be occupied mainly by retirees and families like our own. Absolutely loved the beach though, and being able to take a short walk to get there, with our beverages in hand was very nice. We had snacks and slushies at the resort's cafe located on the beach and relaxed by the pool just outside. We only ate out for 3 meals during our stay since we were able to cook breakfast every morning, make lunches and bbq dinner! ( we bought a $10 grill at the nearby Walmart) At night my husband and I hung out on the deck with our music and adult beverages while the little ones watched DVDs in the living room. Pier Park was a nice change of scenery when we were worn out from all the sun. There's a great pizza place there and ice cream/fudge shop next door that the kids loved! We were all happy to be able to cross the street and walk the shoreline and see the sunset over the gorgeous ocean. Overall we had a lovely vacation and highly recommend this condo. You'll appreciate Scott's timely response to any questions you may have and restaurant recommendations. We met him in person upon our departure and he was very nice and made us feel welcome. He helped this single income, law enforcement family enjoy a much needed beach vacation!!!
The condo was filthy when we walked in the door.My son told me this place is dirty.When walking on the floor are socks were black in less than one hour.I spent the first two nights scrubbing the floors by hand.Washing the sheets and comfortors that were dirty.Cleaning dirty dishes in the dish washer.Scrubbing the bathroom that was dirty. The sink had fur balls in it.The trash cans were covered in dirt in and out.The mops were discusting.They were old and filled with dirt.You could see the marks on the base boards were the floor had been mopped with a dirty mop.The ceiling fans were covered with dust and dirt. Dust was flying off the ceiling fans.The oven hood was black with dust and dirt.The walls had dirt and old food on them.The air duct was filthy. I had to clean for two days to make my son and I feel comfortable in the condo. The bed in the bedroom needs to be replaced.Its old and hard. The dirt under the bed was terrible.There were things thrown under the bed.I left that for the next guest.It wasn't my job to come into the condo and have to clean it for two nights.I cleaned the condo also when I left. I washed the towels and wash rags. I had to pay $50 to have someone clean it. I should be paid for cleaning the condo and then some.This condo had years of dust on most of the surfaces.The base boards were nasty.I did a lot of surface cleaning. It was not my job to deep clean this condo. And it needs to be deep cleaned and then some.The owner should check periodiclly to make sure the condo is being cleaned. His being taken advantage of if he doesn't already know.His paying someone who is not cleaning the condo. I watched the cleaning girl go in the condo before I drove off to go home. She walked in with towels and sheets and then walked out in less than 5 minutes.I don't understand why my sheets were dirty when I arrived.I guess she cleans them sometimes and sometimes she doesn't.But I cleaned houses for a living.So I know what clean is.The owner needs to be contacted about the house keeper. I would fire her if it was my condo. There taking advantage of him. There not doing there job. He lives in another state. So its easy to just say I cleaned it. Its a very cute condo. And after it was cleaned for two nights it became more comfortable. But my vacation was cut short because of all the hard work the first two nights. I took pictures of the vent and the ceiling fans before I cleaned the outside of them.Just a little proof of all of the dirt.
As soon as my friend and I walked in to this Condo., we IMMEDIATELY started to plan our next visit to PCB. Shortly after we arrived, I contacted the owner and asked if it would be available for the next time that we wanted to come back. The condo. is furnished as pictured and is very clean! If you want somewhere to stay that is relaxing, but convenient to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, Wal*Mart, etc. Gulf Highlands is THE PLACE TO BE! I will NEVER stay ANYWHERE except for this condo. when visiting PCB! MY FRIEND AND I ARE IN LOVE WITH THE CONDO., it's decor, and it's convenient location! WE CANNOT WAIT TO STAY IN THE SAME CONDO. for our summer vacation in June!
