This South of the Highway Hideaway is a walk or bike ride to the beach. Located in the charming village of Bridgehampton, you can lose yourself admidst a collection of antique shops, galleries and clothing boutiques. Choose from the eclectic assortment of restaurants or bike over to the farm stands bursting with local produce. There is never a shortage of what to do in the Hamptons but what makes this property unique is the tranquil beauty and comfort you find if you just decide to stay 'home'.
A sunny Master Suite with a glass Italian tiled bathroom is the perfect place to wake up in the morning with the sun streaming through. Across the hall are two bright and sunny guest rooms with a shared bathroom.
Downstairs with its own entrance is a large loft room. This unusual addition has its own entrance along with it's own deck, bathroom and small kitchenette.
Downstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms and bath along with another den, TV, free weights and eliptical.
Cooking in the Chefs kitchen with white IItalian counters, filled with sea stones brings you closer to the sea. Serve your delicious meals alfresco on the expansive mahogony deck or explore the many delights the Indonesian screened in porch has to offer. Sit around a large teak table with fans slowly spinning over your head or relax on the big, cozy, sofa, curled up with a book or glass of wine and watch the sun set.
Swimming in our heated pool offers its own delights from two seperate seating areas or dip into our poolside cabana and enjoy a cold drink. When you done with your swim, meander down the long boardwalk through the glorious flowers and chirping birds to take a glorious outdoor shower in our spa like area.
Head to our rolling front lawn for a touch football game, volleyball or croquet. With all these special choices you may never get to the endless miles of stunning, white beaches just two miles away.
No prom or bachelor parties, weddings or shares. Families only, references preferred.
The Hamptons is a world famous area because of its beautiful beaches and fabulous restaurants and stunning landscapes along with magnificent sunsets. That said each village has a unique character and dates back to the 1600'6. There are museums, lod graveyards, vineyards, shopping galore, theatre, concerts and fishing and hiking in Montauk. You can bicycle to the many farm stands and sample the best corn and tomatoes in the world. Every Monday evening is 'Drumming' on Sag Main Beach where drummers perform in a circle till sunset where you can dance or clap along and bring a picnic dinner. There are free concerts, wine tastings and of course celebrity sightings. It is first and foremost a magicial place.

I would ask %50 down payment 3 weeks before visit and the second half due on arrival. I prefer two week minimum in the summer. No group shares, no proms, no weddings. Families welcome, dogs only on case to case basis. I would consider weekends after Labor Day. or before Memorial Day. Rates upon request.
