cute and perfect location

This apartment is sweet and perfectly located in the most desirable area of Santa Monica. Clean, beautifully appointed and adorable, with comfy king bed, nice linens and adequately equipped kitchen. The best part is the location--just a few blocks from the beach and Palisades Park, right on Montana. Walking distance from all the major shopping areas. We loved being there. Owner is responsive and easy to work with. Only a few minor drawbacks--patio is shared, there is not much sunlight in the living area, no views, and we dealt with some noise from the noisy next door neighbors, as well as the garage door opening/closing below us. But none of these issues were significant enough to detract from our enjoyment of the trip.

Perfect Paradise

This rental is located in a convenient area for easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Great for walking to any of the surrounding areas! The unit was supplied with apt utensils and bedding to allow for a very comfortable stay. The rental felt as though it was recently renovated; very clean! Love the outdoor deck area! We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

PS before renting we noted comments about the garage doors raising and lowering loudly, tbh, you can hear them but the noise is not overwhelming by any means. Highly recommend this unit!

Super cute apartment in great Santa Monica location

This is a great spot walkable to the shops and restaurants on Montana, Ocean, and 3rd St. and very convenient to the beach as well. It's well kept, spacious, modern, and has everything you need inside to feel at home. I'd highly recommend!

Cozy Santa Monica Unit

If you're looking for a cozy, clean one-bedroom unit in a lovely, safe neighborhood- this unit is for you! Fresh towels and basic amenities are included in this one-bedroom/one bathroom unit. We especially liked the two sinks in the bathroom. The fact that the unit had a washer/dryer right in the kitchen was also a plus, as we travel light and could easily throw in a load before we left for the day.

This unit is designed to host only 2 people. It has a very comfortable king-sized bed with great linens.

One can walk to the ocean and numerous shopping options are close by. You can walk to the grocery store and we were even able to walk to Mass.

The unit has an enclosed garage, and nice outdoor living space to expand its potential.

The only drawback to this unit is that it is positioned directly above the garage, therefore one hears the garage doors going up and down throughout the day. In addition, the occasional alley noise may affect one's sleep ( think ...garbage pick-up...once-a-week) But, don't let these factors interfere with renting this well-positioned property in the best part of Santa Monica!! It was a great rental for us! We' definitely return!

Paradise and Third

We had a great time at Paradise and Third due, in part, to the complete furnishings which made us feel right at home. Tina responded very quickly when the washing machine failed to spin the clothes, as we were a little anxious bc we had packed knowing we would have a washer and dryer available. We didn't need a car as everything to make our trip complete was within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again as we visit our daughter in Santa Monica a few times a year. Thanks Tina for making our stay remarkable!
