We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this perfectly situated, quaint apartment. It was so easy to walk to the beach or the main shopping area of Santa Monica. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!
This serene , clean, artfully and exceptionally well appointed setting, just off Montana and within
sight of the ocean is perfectly situated. Paradise and Third is professionally and responsively staffed,
with full amenities and an array of thoughtfulness which when encountered, becomes a space and
place of peacefulness to return to again and again. Every aspect of the accommodations was exceptional
and memorable, and we truly were welcomed and felt at home .
There are 5 magnificent apts located at this location and our group rented all 5 of them. The apts are 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units and each unit is gorgeous and perfectly furnished! Even though there are 5 units, each one is tucked away and has a private entrance so you don't feel exposed to your neighbors. There are beautiful courtyards/patios and garden areas for outdoor seating and entertaining. An after wedding brunch was hosted here and we had plenty of kitchen space and indoor/outdoor seating to host a large group. The ample garage parking felt secure and was very convenient. It was an easy walk to the beach, The Promenade, and the shops and restaurants on Montana street.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is a fantastic vrbo rental and the price was very competitive for the quality and location.
My family stayed in this terrific home/apartment in Santa Monica. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-furnished and stylish. The location was away from the crowds and provided a nice opportunity for a stroll to the mall and pier. The outdoor lounge/patio was tranquil and the beds were comfortable. Washer/Dryer was handy as well. Property manager was responsive and accommodating. Great list of restaurants and stores on hand in the unit. Would stay again if I am back that way.
My sisters, girlfriends and I loved our time at this adorable, well appointed unit in Santa Monica. The location couldn't be beat, we were able to walk to all shops, restaurants, and the beach. We ate and shopped at both the Promenade and Montana Ave...both easily walkable. The apartment also had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We loved this little spot and hope to visit again soon!
I would recommend this property for sure. It's true to it's pictures and description. The location was great and so was having the access to the garage. Little tight getting in and out if you drive a larger car, but can be done. The walls are pretty thin as you can hear the people staying in the unit next door. We could hear their TV and them as well. Luckily they were not noisy people.
The floors are pretty noisy and squeaky if you are trying to be quite at night.
