Nice location to walk to beach and Montana st restaurants and shops. Also walked to Wednesday farmers market, 3rd street promenade and Santa Monica pier.
Unit is nice. Nothing fancy but had all the basics and was clean. Super squeaky floors and thin walls so hear neighbors and garage door opening beneath master bedroom (which happened at 5a every morning).
Host very responsive and kind.
Would stay here again.
nice and clean
the unit at 815 3rd street was pretty cool. It is located at the back of the front home and easily accessible from the alley. The master BR has a king bed and the second BR has bunk beds, a full size bottom and a twin top bed. Everything in the unit was functional. 3 blocks from the beach and about 4 blocks from the Promenade and Wilshire Blvd. Cool place to stay...not cheap though.
Perfect home base to explore Santa Monica and surrounding areas
Our family enjoyed the flat. It’s well equipped, comfortable and perfectly located. The garage is really a carport with a door on one side (and a tight squeeze for an SUV), but nevertheless the off street parking was a great benefit. We look forward to returning.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this perfectly situated, quaint apartment. It was so easy to walk to the beach or the main shopping area of Santa Monica. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!
There and You will be Back Again
This serene , clean, artfully and exceptionally well appointed setting, just off Montana and within
sight of the ocean is perfectly situated. Paradise and Third is professionally and responsively staffed,
with full amenities and an array of thoughtfulness which when encountered, becomes a space and
place of peacefulness to return to again and again. Every aspect of the accommodations was exceptional
and memorable, and we truly were welcomed and felt at home .
wonderful apts for a family reunion or wedding
There are 5 magnificent apts located at this location and our group rented all 5 of them. The apts are 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units and each unit is gorgeous and perfectly furnished! Even though there are 5 units, each one is tucked away and has a private entrance so you don't feel exposed to your neighbors. There are beautiful courtyards/patios and garden areas for outdoor seating and entertaining. An after wedding brunch was hosted here and we had plenty of kitchen space and indoor/outdoor seating to host a large group. The ample garage parking felt secure and was very convenient. It was an easy walk to the beach, The Promenade, and the shops and restaurants on Montana street.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is a fantastic vrbo rental and the price was very competitive for the quality and location.
