Stay in rome

  • 5 of 5

Great location, just 3 flights of stairs. Large bedrooms, by Rome standards. Only complaint is here could be more comfortable but overall great experience. Very friendly owner.

Absolutely Perfect Spacious Location For Exploring Rome

  • 5 of 5

THANKYOU!

What a perfect spot for 8 friends to explore Rome and hang out together.

Giorgia was wonderful, answering any questions before and during our stay. The apartment is comprised of two large adjoining spaces..... but felt like one apartment. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable (well my 4 poster was !) The 4 bathrooms were clean and adequately appointed. Shower heads could perhaps do with replacing.

The two kitchen spaces were well stocked each with a washing machine and tumble dryer, kettle and Moka (espresso) pot.

Overall very clean, and quiet.

Would recommend taxi to and from the train station or airport if you have luggage. We then walked everywhere. 30 minuted to the Vatican and 25 to the Colosseum. Around the corner from the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain and not far to the Trestevere area, the Jewish Ghetto.

There is a supermarket almost nextdoor, that has a great deli and cheese selection , and plenty of bars and restuarants close by.

Will highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

Absolutely PERFECT accommodations for multi-generational family!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I were traveling with our 3 daughters and their families (7 adults and 6 children in all). This apartment was truly perfect - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and spaces to congregate. Ideally located with air conditioning and a grocery store next door. We highly recommend.

Mixed review

  • 3 of 5

The property is actually two apartments with an adjoining door. Each had a small kitchenette, neither highly functional for more than coffee or light snacks, but ok. One apartment had beautiful old world detail--the ceilings and windows were gorgeous; however, the entire space was very dark, not nearly as bright and airy as the photos suggested. The other apartment had more updated rooms, large and clean, but lacking charm of the other apartment. There was a horrible sofa bed in one of the living rooms. We did not use it as a bed, but were also unable to use it as a couch--hard, with awkward cushions that slide off. The bathroom situation would have been ideal; however, the water pressure was extremely low, and temperature switched between cold or scalding hot--nothing in between. We had an issue with two of the four showers while we were there. One shower came off the wall entirely and was unusable. Another was on a sliding bar that constantly slid to the lowest point rendering the shower only comfortably useable for children. I did contact Guiliana and she was apologetic, however the situation was not repaired during our stay. The strongest point of this apartment is location. It is steps to the grocery store, and within a few minute walk to shopping, nice restaurants, Pantheon and a taxi stop.

Perfect spot for an extended family!!

  • 5 of 5

We were an extended family of 12, three generations, with 6 children ages 9-13. Casa Sinibaldi was a perfect accommodation for our 1 week stay in Rome. The apartment (actually 2 connected apartments) had plenty of room for us to be together and also have privacy. The kitchens were quite functional, although we tended to eat dinners out. The grocery market is virtually around the corner and is very well stocked. The location couldn't have been better - about a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon and very central to walk to almost everywhere.

Giorgia, the property manager, was very responsive and arranged transport from and to the airport for all of us. She also booked a tour of the Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica, for the 12 of us, with a terrific tour guide who kept the children interested and engaged for three hours!

We had trouble with no hot water one night and thought it because we had used the washing machines just prior. However, the water was still cold the following morning. After contacting Giorgia, she immediately had the problem with the water heater fixed.

We would highly recommend this property!!
