Located on the Lee County Regional Hospital Campus with 58 bus public transportation stopping at hospital door.

A map of Lee County is available for use during your stay. The nearby Caloosahatchee River has lots of things to do like boating, fishing, sunning and bathing at public parks, with lots of restaurants along McGregor Blvd Also on McGregor Blvd near the City of Ft. Myers are the Ford and Edison Museums The Barbara Mann Theater is nearby for cultural entertainment.The San Carlos Blvd accesses the Beaches at the North end of the Island. Along the way you'll pass 2 miniature golf courses restaurants and the charter fishing center. Under the bridge and to the left before crossing are more restaurants. But crossing that bridge will give you the real feeling that you are on vacation. To the West on Summerlin Road 8 miles is the causeway for Sanibel & Captiva Islands. .

I'm a real estate broker for 46 years as a Realtor and 25 years as a home builder. I appreciate good construction which this unit represents. I like to be outdoors with warm temperatures. I enjoy playing tennis and swimming. I play sanctioned USTA tournaments at home in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2010 I expanded my tournaments by traveling to Florida and playing two tournaments in Naples.

Why conrad kraus chose Fort Myers

I have a couple of long time friends who live here. One of them did my title insurance work . For years we stayed at their units and finally decided to buy after traveling both coasts of Florida. We didn't see it all but enough to make a decision to buy in Fort Myers a rapidly growing community with an international airport.. We decided on Sail Harbour after looking around at other nearby sub divisions. Our unit was built in 2006. We purchased it 2010 and furnished it in 2011. It's a part of the hospital campus. The gated community is on the hospital electric grid so we don,t have power outages. A real bonus. And if needed, the hospital is walking distance. A sight to see is a visit to the hospital which has an unbelievable architectural interior with a restaurant available to the public. The bus is another great feature for your visiting guests who don't rent a car. It stops in front of the hospital and travels to the airport and to shops throughout Ft. Myers. I also chose this location because you have quick access to the beaches, access to the river activities, access to the baseball stadiums, and very close access to grocery and drug store shopping, and restaurants. Its just very convenient and its also a very overall new area of Ft Myers.. If the theater is something you like the Barbara Mann Theater is only 5 miles away at the campus of

Florida Southwest University.

What makes this townhome unique

I travel to facilities to play tennis like Fort Myers Racket Club and Park Meadows tennis and then come back to the community pool at Sail Harbour for a swim in the heated pool.. My wife and I go to the beach early before 9:30 am or over to the river for a boat ride. ANYTHING WE WANT TO DO. ITS A VACATION. If you like to cook. You will be happy to know the kitchen is fully equipped. A gas operated barbecue is available located in the garage. An added feature in the kitchen is the indirect lighting above the cabinets. The interior ceilings are 10' high trayed with knocked down finish on the walls and ceramic tile throughout the first floor, enhance the exterior Mediterranean style of architecture. .

Sail Harbour @ Health Park is located 12 miles West of Southwest International Airport, off Route 869 Summerlin and Bass Rds. The Mediterreanan styled townhomes are centrally located in the tourist attractions of the Ft. Myers community. The beach island has parks with parking. I like Bowditch at the North end of the island and Lovers Key over the bridge of San Carlos Pass at the South end. The island has one public golf course called Bay Beach.Its convenient when some of the family wants to go to the beach and others want to play golf By the time 18 holes are finished, so will the bathers be finished. Boat rides and fishing trips are available at that same end of the island. Shelling in the region is extraordinary. Lovers Key Park and Sannibel Island are very good shelling locations. Parasailing and wave runner rentals are available along the island gulf side. Or if you want to stay local your located just 400 steps from the heated community pool.Lakes Park is just 2 miles from Sail Harbour along Summerlin Blvd. The park has bike rentals and a long trail to bike. Pedal boats, paddle boats are available to rent. Also a minature rail for the family takes a tour of the park with minature town scenes throughout the ride.It also has kids pools and playgrounds.

House was lovely and clean and on a nice community

Lovely house and community. Very nice pool area. The only negative was the outside lanai was very small and overlooked and very noisy from air con unit. So did not sit outside at all. Other than that could not fault the property and we had a nice stay.

Fantastic unit, safe area of town, with a large hospital for a neighbor. Who could ask for more!!

I used this unit for the month of July 2017. The unit was clean and very nicely furnished, and glory be, Two big pots (among others) to cook in. Just bring your clothes and a few groceries and you are set for a wonderful time. Didn't use the pool, but, it looked inviting. Garage parking was great, as it rained a lot. I am an older person and I was a little daunted by having to use the stairs; now they don't bother me, at all. All 3 bedrooms are spacious, especially the master (it has 2 walkin closets, big ones). I have a son who lives in San Carlos, but he and his new wife have 5 children (whom I love dearly), so this as the peace and quiet I needed at the end of a day. There are 2 TV's, one of which is upstairs in the master bedroom. I really enjoyed my time in Unit 104 and look forward to going back. Thanks Connie, you were a gracious absentee host, you left all the fun to me!

A great place

My wife and I spent February and March this year at this wonderful condo. The condo was roomy, clean, well supplied, and convenient to shopping, dining and the beach (although the traffic on the causeway to the beach can cause lengthy backups.) Conrad was easy to work with and responsive to our inquiries

Sail harbor is a very pleasant place to visit. The heated community pool is the gathering place where you will meet friendly people and pick up may useful tips about where to go and what to see.

all -in -all, a great vacation spot to go to, --- and return to.

Spacious, comfortable condo, close to everything

We needed a temporary place to stay while looking for a permanent residence when moving to the area and this condo was perfect and reasonably priced. Everything you need is here and it is close to whatever vacationers would be looking for also. A short drive to the beaches, restaurants, the islands. Sail Harbour makes you feel very safe and with the attended gate but it does have some HOA restrictions, particularly parking, that you need to be aware of. The owner, Conrad was wonderful. He kept in touch and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a longer stay in the area.

Our stay at Sail Harbor

We enjoyed our three months' stay in this Sail Harbor unit, especially the spacious upstairs bedrooms and the equipped kitchen. Loved the ability to walk in the safety of this neighorhood, even at night, and the friendly people. Everything we like to do -- sit on the beach, go to the gym, eat at the many restaurants, visit the nearby wonderful Library -- is within a few minutes drive. Thanks Conrad

Sail Harbor

This townhouse was exactly how it was described very well keep clean and the owners were very pleasant to deal with. Conrad even bought us a Gas grill when we told him we liked to cook out. Anyone would be pleased to stay and to deal with the owners. Thank you Conrad for friendship we have now.
