Plenty of amenities. Only complaint was that the wifi signal was not that great. Overall, we had a great time.
This home is Beautiful. We loved the stay in Avalon and the Catalina Wine Festival was Amazing. We were unhappy with the leasing office. I called three days before the trip to confirm our stay. When speaking with the lady, I asked where to check-in..( I always confirm). The lady on the phone told me that we needed to check-in to their (rental) office. She did not tell me the address (I suppose I should have asked) but the address in the information I signed for the office was clearly stated on the paperwork. The paperwork even stated to check-in at the office with the 119 Summer Ave. All of the additional information only states the address of the rental house. When we got off ferry with all of our luggage in Avalon, we immediately walked to the 119 Summer Ave address.. The office was not there. I called and went directly to an answering service 3 times. We stopped a police officer and he said, he was unsure. We stood in the middle of Avalon..hot and frustrated with 5 people. Finally, I continued to call the office and got an answer. We then went to the New Address of the office. When arriving, we talked to a very nice young man and he asked how we were. My husband simply replied " we are great, but you guys really need to let people checking in know you have moved and the new address of the office. We showed him our paper work with the old address. At that moment a lady leaned back in her chair by her computer and said ---" We send Plenty of information and we sent that to you" she was Not NICE! She made us feel Terrible. I explained to her that I had called to confirmand no one told me the new address..I simply took the address off the paperwork sent to me to sign. Her attitude was NOT NICE..very condensing and she even said--"It is your fault"! We check-in and went to the house. At no time, did anyone from the rental company call to make certain we had found the home or to check if there was anything needed. I am a NC and FL real estate broker, I also teach real estate and have worked in the business for 15 years. (I only say this to make my point) I have rented many properties and never been addressed in this manner...WOW, I have never had someone act that way to a customer/client. A simple, I am sorry that this happened would have been nice. Even a call to ask if everything was good with house would have been nice. My husband is still upset by the way we were treated at this rental agency. Sad this happened..
Totally updated gorgeous house. Great place with lots of room for everyone. Only suggestion would be adding comfort top bedding on the twin beds, very stiff mattresses. Also cleaning the bedspreads on these. We loved this house!

Very comfortable, great location and well furnished
It must have been just been remodeled, impeccable.
It was the perfect location. Very quiet and yet close enough to downtown. 1 trivial problem I had were the sheets weren’t soft.
Beautiful home!!!! Great location. Had a great time and will return.
