Unit I-110 in the Eucalyptus building is a convenient ground floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, end unit location with adjacent parking and steps from the black bottom infinity pool and expansive pool pavilion. The immaculate grounds of this totally renovated property are as beautiful and the interior spaces.

This is not just a rental property, it is our beautiful second home on the isle of Maui! Lived in when the owner and her family are in town for business or vacationing. Made available to selective guests when they're off island. The difference between our home and other units that are just rentals is palpable. You are a guest in our gorgeous home; not renters. About Lauraine Bifulco

I opened a branch of my consulting business on Maui in 2006. My husband and I quickly decided that it made sense to have a home here. After all, Hawaii was our first vacation together when we were dating and years later it became our kids' favorite family trip. When in Hawaii on business, I'd have a "home away from home" which we could manage financially if we rented it out when I was back in S. Ca.

Why Lauraine Bifulco chose Maui

The weekend we started house hunting, my husband and I promised ourselves that this was just a "let's see" trip and that we would NOT purchase anything. We were determined to investigate and take our time. After looking at high rise luxury buildings, waterfront property, old plantation houses that needed renovation and mixed use office/apartment combinations, in a torrential downpour, we saw signs for an open house at this newly renovated property called "Aina Nalu." We fell in love immediately, and found ourselves signed a purchase contract before the rainstorm was even over!

What makes this condo unique

End unit, ground floor, near parking, near BOTH pools, not your typical rental unit - it's our home. Books, CDs, wine glasses, pool toys, stroller, pack n play, games, beach towels, coolers, beach bags, SNOKEL GEAR, beach chairs, umbrellas, martini set, kitchen fit for a cook, personalized art work and photos, staff and friends on property and on island, AMAZING, dramatic views of the west Maui mountains, a 2 minute walk to Front street beaches, shops, and dining; the most peaceful and beautifully manicured grounds, private and secluded but in town, no big-resort feel like you get in Kaanapali and Wailea. It's truly our home.

Good for groups

I rented this unit for my parents and my mother in law. It was a good size for them especially considering that they don't know each other very well. We had our family gatherings in the living room. Both groups really enjoyed the location because they were still able to enjoy their time there despite not having a car. I have to take off one star though because the second room was missing the tv remote and my mother in law has a hard time moving around due to arthritis.

Great for a Lahania location

Third time at Aina Nalu, first time at this unit. Nice unit. good location in complex. Ground floor suited us with access to parked car. (yes we payed the $20 parking fee - with grandkids and 'stuff' always going in or out, it is handy) We thought about buying in Aina years ago, but now really rely on owners with nice units like this to enjoy a stay in Lahania. Great we good book for 3 days as we were moving to Kahana next. Cheers from Vancouver BC

Great value and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Aina Nalu! The condo was well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay with 2 babies and a toddler. The location was perfect with an easy walk into town and access to great beaches just a few minutes drive up the road. The pools on the property were lovely, and even though it was spring break, we didn't find them particularly busy. The only downside to this complex is the parking. $20 seemed pretty steep. We were lucky and able to find street parking most nights and on the couple nights we couldn't there is a $12 lot across the street. We would recommend this location .

Excellent Condo and Location

This is a fabulous place! The condo is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It is located close to both pools which was convenient with kids. It was quiet and peaceful at the complex, but a quick walk to shopping, restaurants, and all the fun of downtown Lahaina. The rental process was very easy, they answered all our questions and were very helpful. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Loved our stay

Everything was great. The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Right in between both pools. Parking seemed like it would have been difficult on the street, so we paid the extra for parking ($15 a night). Not quite sure why they charge extra, there were PLENTY of empty spots in the complex. But this is not a reflection of the condo, just a comment on the Condo Complex policy.

Also if you need excellent wifi, it may be an issue for you. The common area wifi was not great (slow and limited in the signal) and the condo does not have it.

Other than that everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay in the unit again. VERY close to Front Street which was super convenient.
