THE SUMMER OF 2017
June will begin our fourth year renting our Beach house. When we bought it we did a total renovation to the house. We added a second floor (2 bedrooms) One of them is a Master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling. We repainted every room throughout the house, added new tile floors, new carpeting, and a new bathroom. Now the house is a complete 3 bedrooms ,living room, dining room and kitchen The yard is completely fenced in for the kids and has 2 off street parking spots for your vehicles.
We have some boggie boards for the kids and beach chairs for the adults. The house is new inside so our pics are exactly what you will be renting.
One thing we do that most people don't is we get you into the house Sat early! Last year I had every renter in the house unloading their cars by 11 am !
Last year worked out perfect, every renter got in early. How many times do you rent a house and lose the first day because of traffic or not being able to get in until the sun goes down.
Best of all you will not have to pay for Beach parking. The property is 1-2 blocks from the beach. This year we added cable TV - WIFI and Air conditioning. Our price includes taxes and cleaning. (as long as the house is left the way you found it)
The house really is a complete package. We will have even more upgrades by the time you book. NOTE: We tore off the deck and built a new one, along with a seating area/patio in the yard. As you can see we are not done with construction, vynal siding,windows , grass, and painting.....
( I'm sorry to some people - on tues our property showed $1.775 per week - but calculated $750 per week as a total??? We have corrected the issue again my apologies)

Because it is one block from the Pier. The entire house is new ! Carpets - Bathroom every wall has been painted - Tile floors - second floor just added. Why look at run down houses when you can rent a newly renovated property.

The house was nice and clean.Bigger than it looks. We did like the fact that it was close to the beach but far enough away from the train.
This is a fantastic home for a beach vacation! Plenty of room, nice secluded back yard. Perfect location. Owners Tom and Lynne are very nice and made us feel welcome. Adding the two bedrooms upstairs was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and rent again!
A three generation vacation was enjoyed by all at this neat and clean house only a short walk to the beach and town. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the large deck and seating area for breakfast and dinner when we didn't dine out. The house had plenty of room for adults and children to sleep and play. The wifi was an added bonus. The owners were very accomodating and helpful! We would definitely rent here again.
We spent a perfect week at OOB. There were 8 of us total and plenty of room. Walk to beach was very short. We ttok advantage of the boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys that were there. Neighborhood was really quiet. House is very clean and owners were accessible and very nice. I wish there had been a clothes line for the wet towels and suits, but there was plenty of places on deck to dry things. Also wish there was shelfs in bathroom for all our stuff. But those are very minor things and we wpuld definately rent agian
Very clean home in quiet neighborhood with 2 minute walk to center of town. My family loved it and the owners were very accommodating. Home had everything so we just needed our clothes. Deck was great.
I rented this for a vacation with a group of friends - 8 in total - and it was pretty perfect for us. The location was great! Close enough to the beach and town to easily walk, but far enough away so you could avoid the crowds and noise of town if you want. The backyard, which I thought was really big for a shore house, was perfect for lawn games and grilling. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen fully equipped (there's even another fridge out back), so we didn't have to worry about packing a ton of stuff for the week. I also think it's bigger than it appears in the pictures. Even with 8 people, it never felt too cramped.
I'd definitely rent it again and would recommend it to friends. The owners couldn't be nicer and were extremely responsive leading up to our stay. They also gave us a ton of great recommendations for where to go in and around town. All in all, we had a great trip! Thanks Tom and Lynne!
We had such an enjoyable weekend at OOB staying in this lovely home. The home is on a quiet side street, but we were able to walk to shops and the beach with ease. With three spacious bedrooms, our family was comfortable and we all felt like we had "our own space." The downstairs was great for relaxing and sharing in meals. We also enjoyed the backyard with grill and picnic table. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their home. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

WE ONLY RENT THE HOUSE FOR WEEKS AT A TIME DURING THE SUMMER (7 DAYS ) SAT-SAT
A deposit of $850.00 is required to hold your week. The remaining balance is due June 1, 2017. There will be a $350.00 Security deposit fee in addition to the weekly rate which will be returned once property is inspected for damage upon your departure. If there is damage, the security deposit will not be refunded.
